I am daycare provider and small kids around me and this number bothering me lots, especially calling during nap time, disturb me and kids lots. Totally harassment and stalking.

Continued calls from 408-307-5049 to my cell phone using my minutes. Can not call back because it goes to an A T & T mail box service.

It's not a telemarketing call.  It's from someone who wants to leave a message on your phone.  My mother has such a calling card and she called me but I didn't answer.  When I saw the 408 area code then listened to my voice message on my cell phone, it was my mother calling me.

Man with a light southern accent left me a voicemail claiming that he is from AT&T and that I should call back regarding my account. His voicemail sounded very fishy. I am not the main account holder as they should already know. The only time AT&T ever contacts me is to notify me of my current data usage through texts. I'm sure these people pulling scams are always going to reply back to all these forums saying "no, not a scam. It's really AT&T" Bull s***. Don't get scammed by these predators. If you aren't sure then just call AT&T directly. Don't call the number they personally give you to contact.

Just recently activated new phone.  From Aug. 26 to 31 received 22 calls from this number.  Some 30 seconds or less.  Listened to part of one message, someone was yelling at MO.  Guess I will call my mobile phone company and see what they have to say.

this number is like a updated brothel or massage place if you dont have the code you can get to the person you want.. go figure

4/12 prank call...same as above regarding AT&T voicemail box. they leave messages "from gilbert to gordon"...over and over. wouldn't you think if you were either of these crazed men that they would give up calling if there was no reponse?? QUIT CALLING ME! i feel abused, especially when my cell time is limited and i have to listen to their crappy messages to delete them! ohhh...if only i can find their REAL contact info!!!!

yes.. i got a call from this number to. when i call back  a recording tells me it's a voicemal number and asks me for mailbox number..

what the hell is it and why is it callin me.

I've received calls from 408-307-5049, usually two in a row on both my cell and landline, no message is ever left. I'm on the Do Not Call List and this company is using up my cell time as well as driving me crzay. Hope there's some way to stop it.

A voicemail message was received from this number which appears to be a child making a prank call.  My child received the call.  A return call to the number found it to be some sort of voicemail system, but when I entered the information requested (number of party you are trying to reach), but the computer system did not recognize the number (408-307-5049).

my house phone. when i call the # back it goes to my brother cell or
it will go to at&t a recording saying you need access code.or the recording will say first skiped message.

This number is appearing every morning on my cell. No messages have ever been left.I have a privite number and would like this call to stop.

This phone number calls me 4-5 times every day.  I want them to stop calling.  I never pick up the call.  It shows up as an 800#

This number called me at arround 5 in the morning, and then started to say rascist things about me being asian. Then he said he would kill me

My Dad took his cell phone to Viet Nam; He turned it off, and did not use it at all. However, this number, 408-307-5049 shows up on his bill for 2 min., which charged him $10.00 ($5.00/minute for international roaming.)

I've confirmed with my Dad. He's never used his cell ever since he'd arrived in Viet Nam.  How could he "answer" this number and got charged?

I called AT&T to resolve this issue; but they do not believe that my Dad'd never used his cell phone;  the only thing they'd compromised was to reduce the charge from $5.00/m down to $1.00/min.
