answered a call from this phone #.  I heard a beep at first.  A woman (could have been a bot) said the call is being recorded and offered to enter me into a $25,000 sweepstakes if I answered a few questions.  Said no personal info is required (how would I get my prize then).  I said "no thanks" a couple times and hung up.
