The DNC isn't a call blocker and can't protect you from criminals, frauds, illegal telemarketers or other nefarious criminals. Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Keep getting calls no matter what time of day. They don't leave a message. I wish it would stop! I'm also reg. with Do Not Call List. So how do they get through?

This phone number calls me every single day lately, and never leaves a message.  Today, I happened to be sitting right there and answered the phone. I said "Hello?".  A man said "Hello?" and then hung up right away.  What is the point of calling me every single day and never leaving a message?  Why did you hang up when I finally answered??

Organic.org called me at 7pm while i was sleeping; I have to sleep from 5-9:30p because I work the from 11p-7a so when they call at 7p I am right in the of sleeping & i must have my cell phone on for work. Telemarketing is harrassment.

Another call from these people.  I have a local farm right up my street, I don't need them.  I certainly don't need them calling at night looking for money.

How did Organic Consumers Org get my phone number? I friended them on Facebook because I don't want pesticide in my food anymore, or at least want to know it's in it before I decide what food to buy, ie. corn,
But HOW did in the World did they get my Phone Number, it's nowhere on Facebook, and that the only place I've had anything to do with them? how did they get my phone number?????

They called the first the other day, and now they are calling me every few days and late in the evening, like 7pm

but their website says Finland MN
so maybe it's a call center that calls from Cambell Ca, a suburb of San Jose, where there are ads for call center jobs, so it's likely they have call centers for hire to do their calling

their calling disturbs  me because i am disabled, and need my rest--- can't get it when the phone is calling me all time with telemarketing calls!!!!

The Federal "do-not-call" legislation has allowed most Americans to finally enjoy dinner in peace without being hassled by unwanted phone calls from telemarketers. You may not realize, however, that when Congress passed the do-not-call legislation, they exempted themselves (and all other politicians) as well as nonprofit organizations.

They should be told their employees are messing around. It is a legitimate call, as a non profit, but they should not hang up.

Stevem I used to be a skip tracer. If I had your first and last name or your first name and your address, I could have your phone number in seconds. They use a computer program I imagine. It is a non profit and they can call you, just like political auto calls.

I looked up the website. It is a no  profit and something I am interested in. But they could have left a message. Political organizations and no  profits are exempt from the call blocking law, so no idea why they wouldn;t leave a message and leave me to investigate what it was.

I missed the call, they left no message. I called back, I got a VM saying it was the organic consumers association. Sounds fine to me, but not leaving a message when they called is annoying.

Sent them an email to let them know that I will never donate a nickle to an organization that uses telespammers to beg for money. Their loss.

Yeap, organic consumers organization.  I totally support them and have donated in the past, but they call so much it became hounding.  I've blocked their number and it's too bad.  They just come one too strong for me.

This call is from Organic Consumers Association. millions against Monsanto.  You probably signed a petition at one point and they're calling you back for support.

Calls every day leaves no message. Frustrating!!!!!

No matter how much I agree with the organization i will not ever donate money to unsolicited telemarketers.It's also hard to be civil when caller is obviously reading a script.

My caller ID says "ORGANICCONSUME" whenever this call comes in, and I think it's a solicitation for donations to the Organic Consumers Association. Although it's a legit organization, *nothing* grills my cheese like repeated hangup calls!

They've been calling me (and hanging up when my voicemail msg kicks in) for the past few weeks, so I went to the Organic Consumers Association website's Contact Us page to ask them to please remove my phone number from their list, as I am unable to make any donations at this time. :-)

Here's hoping they do the right thing and honor my request.

Saw caller id with the following numbers but I refused to answer it because it shows as UNKNOWN.  It happened several times this week even no one left messages....and it is getting annoying.

Unless the caller is trying to sell you goods or services, the Do Not Call list does not apply.  However dead air calls like this can be reported to the FCC.
