Just like you guys, this "David Hernandez" character has been calling my husband at work, harassing him about a debt we left in California. Right before this, a "Joe Elliott" based out of Montana who sounds just like his David Hernandez, called and was harassing him about the same debt. When my husband told him we thought he was a scam, he screamed for about five minutes and hung up. Now, a week later, we're getting calls from David Hernandez. Neither of the companies these men belong to exist according to the BBB. In fact, the address that "Joe Elliott" gave us does not exist, period. It's extremely suspicious. This man is now threatening that my husband will be subpeonaed (for a $200 debt! For christ's sake, what idiot would sue over $200? The legal fees alone are ten times that!)...if we don't give HIM the money, which he will supposedly pass on to the debtor.

I think he's a scam. And I think he and "Joe Elliott" are the same person. I'm out to get to the bottom of this, personally. If anyone has any information, please let me know. My email is c.l.simonds@gmail.com

Some man named David Hernandez called my cell phone and left a voice mail saying, "Call me back if you have legal representation." Strange do you think this guy is a attorney? spokes rep for people who are taking legal action or what?

He called my employer and said it was "personal" business.  He said his name was David Hernandez.  I don't know anyone named David Hernandez.
