University of Phoenix must be it.  I called a few weeks ago for info and am now constantly getting calls from this number.

I asked for info from the University of Phoenix on line. Then I rcv'd a call on my cell from 408-404-3288 (which is the phone number for Univ. of Phoenix).
If you have also inquired about the Univ. of Phoenix, perhaps that's why they are calling?

If you haven't inquired, then they are a pain. Also, they need to leave a message rather than continue to call.

This number had called me 3 to 4 times a day and it's just dead air on the other side.

Just got a call from this number. Didn't answer no message left. This has been going on for years now, is there an agency to report this to so it ends?

Fine then if you're going to keep on calling me at every hour of every f****n day i'm not going to ever pick it up get a f****n life you douche and stop calling me on my cell phone It's gotten way pass annoying i am seriously going to report you to the authorities.

I have received so many calls from this number it's getting annoying they call at all hours of the day today they have called twice once they called me six times in all four times in one day and twice the next day It is getting annoying if they keep on calling i'm going to call the police and report them this is getting out of hand.

I have recieved 6 calls from this number and I never pick up the call I'd like it if You F****ng B*****ds STOP F****NG CALLING ME I DON"T  KNOW WHO THE F*** U ARE

I called it back.  Its the San Jose Campus of University of Phoenix.

The first time they called, they left a message.  Now they call non-stop.

Received 1 call from this number.  No message was left.

Unknown caller, calls 2-3 times per day.

They have called 4-5 times a day for 5 days. I don't answer calls unless I know who is calling but it's getting really annoying. They call at all hours of the day.

Number calls 4-5 times a day does leave a message that is just dead air. When answered no one is there. Really annoying!

This number calls me at least 3-4 times per day never leaves a message.  I answered it once and nobody was there.

I have received 2 calls from this number today. Never left a message.  I never answered it since I didn't recognize the number.
