I got a call from the same number 408.418.5644.  I answered and they just hung up?  Call was at 1:30am on a Tuesday.  I am on the do not call list, yet they keep calling.  I will go to the government website and report it!

Did not pick up the call.  Tried calling back from a company phone and the phone call never gets past 2 rings and then disconnects.

Same thing....Complete scam....called at 1:15p about reducing my tax debt which I don't have. Apparently, the "do not call" list doesn't apply to these people

This company has called me from numerous telephone numbers. It is an automated message that is trying to "eliminate your back tax debt" which I do not have. I have informed them numerous times to remove me from their calling list, as well as attempted to remove my number through their automated system when you call back. Nothing has worked. They have been calling from from several different phone numbers for months.

I had the same call today at 10:12 am EDT.  I wonder if it would be useful to report this number to the FBI or something?

I received a call at 11:35 pm on September 9
and then 1 hour later at 12:33am on September 10!!!

I got several of the same phone calls. Everytime its a recorder saying the same thing. i just hang up.

I also got a call last night from this number- it woke me up at 11:15PM - they left a message- then it called back at 12:45 AM and woke me up again!! I called the number this morning and pushed the "2" for stopping the calls- there's also supposedly an option to file complaints!! My brother and sister also both received calls from this number late last night- so frustrating!!!

Called at 10:30 PM, 12:01 AM and then I finally woke up fully enough to answer when they called again at 12:02 AM.  A recorded message told me they were from the "Tax Renegotiation Center".  Infuriating that these crooks not only get around the Do Not Call Registry, but are allowed to harass people at any time of the night.

they called twice last night, 10:53PM and 11:36PM; there was no way to talk to anyone without leaving my name and phone number; I called and asked them to put me on the do not call list, hope that was not a mistake; I also called and tried to talk to someone, again no way without leaving my name and phone number

I got 2 phone calls from this number one at 11:33 pm PDT and then another one at 12:29 am PDT...not cool, I am supposed to be on the "do not call" list too, I do not have any tax liens and did not appreciate being woken up to this message

Wants to help me take on IRS

Same here 9/9/2013.  First call 10:40 PM, second 11:36 PM.  2nd went to voice mail, same as Jake's, saying could reduce or eliminate my back tax debt.  Unacceptable, sound asleep @ age 79.  Have phone company ability to block a few numbers, added it to the list, but only this number.  What do we do about this stuff?

Two calls last night at 10:38 and 11:52 - waking my family both times. Offering renegotiation of tax debt - we don't have any!  Beyond annoyed. Now angry.

Two calls from these dirt bags, the first @ 11:33 PM and again at 12:14 AM, after which I blocked the number. I will also file a complaint.

Received a call from these scum bags at 11:56 PM. Which is way beyond the legal calling hours.. Will continue to block all such calls. Would love to turn the table on these creeps .

This business called our land line waking up the entire family three times last night between 10:45 and 11:45 pm.    Unbelievable.

PISSED!!!!!!! at least 4 calls lastnight started @10:56pm westcoast time.....even a voicmail @11:29pm when i wouldnt answer the phone anymore and everytime i hung up they called right back... this is crap!!! kids tryn to sleep!! w/ this many complaints where is the damn FCC...and isnt this a violation of the FDCPA although they arent trying to collect a debt persay...they r abusing the right to call people at inappropriate hours of the night its harrassment ...AND isnt it against the law for ANY company to call a persons home that late ...i know there is some sort of law being broken!!!!!!! WTF

I'm on the Do Not Call registry..how can I get these guys in trouble..one call came before midnight, the second one after midnight.  Scared the sh** out of me, and could not get back to sleep.

Received two phone calls last night that woke me up both times.  First time pressed 7 to be removed from list - second time let the answering machine take the call and turned off my phone ringer.  Caller ID said just "i" and the phone number.  Recorded message about getting rid of IRS debt

They called me twice in the middle of the night.  I'm in their same timezone, and they called at 11:20pm and 12:11am, at which point we unplugged our phone.  They left the exact same voicemail each time (Transcribed by Comcast):

Three calls last night: 10:00 PM, 11:58 PM, 12:01 AM. Obviously this "company" has zero ethics and no regard for the DNC list. Added the number to the crap call zapper. Would love to get my hands on the d-bags behind this scam.

I had the same call in the night X2!  11:30PM and 12:30AM!

We got 2 calls too....not acceptable at any hour much less 10;34 & 11:21 PM.  Must be some way to stop this??!!??!!

Help erase back taxes?  Don't call me at 1:AM   Investigate this number!

I received two phone calls last night, one at 10:30 pm and the other at 12:17 am, when everyone in the house was asleep. I ended putting the phone off the hook all night so we could get some sleep. It told me to push 1 to get help and push 7 to be taken off the list, but when I pushed 7 nothing happened.
