I GOT A CALL FROM THESE CRAZY PEOPLE AND THEY HAD ME SCARED.  I THOUGHT THE COPS WERE COMING TO ARREST ME TODAY.  THIS INDIAN GUY TOLD ME THREE DIFFERENT AMOUNT 690 DOLLARS, 315 DOLLARS AND $1695 DOLLARS.  I AM SO GLAD THAT I LOOKED ON THIS WEB SITE.  HIS NAME WAS DETECTIVE DAVID SCOTT AND THAT I NEEDED TO PAY THE MONEY OR ELSE I WOULD BE ARRESTED.  HE SAID HE WOULD SEND THE COPS TO MY JOB AND WOULD NOT ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.  HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND I WAS HOPPING MAD.  THE NUMBER WAS 408-471-7960 AND HE KEPT CALLING MY JOB ABOUT 7 OR 8 TIMES IN A ROW.  I WAS TRYING TO GET MONEY TOGETHER BUT THEN I SAW THIS WEBSITE AND I AM GLAD THAT I DID.  I WILL ALERT MY SUPERVISOR AND MY CO-WORKERS SO THAT I WILL MOT GET FIRED. WHERE DID HE GET MY INFORMATION FROM.  HE TOLD ME THAT I OWED A CASH ADVANCE THAT I DON'T EVEN HAVE.  I WILL CALL THEM TOMORROW AND LET HIM HAVE IT.........I AM SO HAPPY THAT I DID NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY.....DAVID SCOTT...THE LAW IS AFTER YOU!!!

This crazy man David scott has been harrassing me for 2 weekes straight now has gotten money out of me and now said im in fraud when he frauded me out of money. He continues to call saying im gonna go to jail for 2 years. Im filing harrassment charges on him and this fake company who says they are goverment company witch is false.If you are iteredted in proceeding with me please respond back on this email. This mann is out of control first it was a 800 number now a 408 number he gets so mad when I say im calling the police. hmmm wonder why????

i received several phone calls from this number saying i took out a $300.00 payday loan. whichi i did not and he says to me  pay the $300.00 now or you will be arrested and spend two weeks in jail. he said he will send the police out tomorrow tuesday and arrest me. david with southeast asiian accent had all my info except my birthdate correct. i do not know how it was gathered but with the internet today anything is possible.i told him i would give the info to my attorney and he got upset and said i would still be put in jail for 2 weeks. i am closing my bank account in the morning and filing a complaint with california attorney generals office and the state of michigan about this scam.

I got the same call a few minutes ago! I guess im calling a legal advisor on Tuesday after the holiday. This is insane I cant stand being scared to death and scammed.

These calls are annoying, but laughable; have an idea how they got my SS# phone number etc...that bothers me, but then the great internet supplies just about any piece of information you could want.  Same sceniro as all of the above,  in my last conversation with him, everytime he would identify himself (I was in these posts) so I just kept saying no you are not.  He got very angry, rattled off a few cuss words and call me a name I will not even grace with *** or letters and hung up.  In a weird way it is nice to see that I am not the only one getting these calls.

I received many phone calls from them today also on cell an at work.  My manager had me contact the police and the police came to my work took my statement and tried calling to get information and David Scott wouldn't give him any information and kept hanging up on him.  I was informed this is a scam and to not pay any money.  Like the officer said to me how many people with a middle east accent have names like David Scott and can't produce any information.  Thanks for all the info on contacting credit bureaus and putting a fraud warning.

I received many calls from this # today. It's FRAUD!!! They wouldn't answer any of my questions but informed me I would be arrested and my boss lol. I inform him if I'm being sued I would have receive something via mail. He got really mad screaming all types of noises not words then he hung up. If you receive this call and they will have your info ss#, address, job info.. You need to file a complaint with the ftc 888-379-3742 & but fraud alerts on your name and ss# 888-397-3742 this # is to one of the credit bureaus

Im at work and this 5109433040 calls me and it a Indian man telling me that i have law suit against me and if i dont reply back in a timely manner then good luck to me because i will be going to jail. at first i thought i really did have i lawsuit becuz i owe some ppl money, but then i asked him who the law suit is from and he wouldnt answer he cont talking and asking me my address and personal info i asked three times who it was from and he still ignored my quest. then he said to hold on that i was being transferred to his supervisor i hung up becuz im at work and my gut was telling that this wasnt rite. he then called my cell phone asked my why i hung up. i told him that im at work if someone was trying to sue me then the attorneys office needs to call me!!! i hung up he called my job and cell phone like 10 times left me 9 voice message.he called me from a 4084717960 number. I cused his a** out!! told him to f*** himself and then he started being nasty. and saying all kinds of nasty words. im about to call  ss office and report a fraud file a police report change my number and call the 3 credit to report fraud also.

they keep calling threating me about a cash advance I recieved in a bank i have no active accounts with, on top of that the bank it self has been comfirmed that the so-call transaction is false and then also told me they cant suit me for money i never recieved but yet this number still calls telling me the bank is lying and they have proof so i need to get ready to go to jail......................BUT THEY ARE SCRAY LITTLE BI****S DO LIKE I JUST DID 2 HAVE THEM STOP CALLING ME JUST KEEP CALLING THEM OVER &OVER &OVER & OVER ASKING FOR THIER COMPANY NAME OR YOUR CASE NUMBER LOL THEY'LL START FORWARDING YOUR CALL HSHAHAA IM STILL CALLING THEM AS I TYPE THIS THEN LEAVE A MESSAGE SAYING THIS IS AMERICA BIIIIIIITTTTCCCCHHHHH

A C**** Jockey called my job looking for one of the men in the back.  I had no idea who he was so I told him I would take a message.  "Ali" cussed me, called me horrible names, cursed the other women up front and called us all day today.  I turned around and really got him back by making fun of his foregn accent and tried my best to mock him.  I really pissed him off.  He even said he was going to kidnap me and he would get away with it because he is Obamas cousin.  Hilarious!  Our conversation would've made a great call on a radio show.

omg David Scott called me as well telling me i owe a loan whihc i do but when i called the direct number to the loan , they told me i was in good standing and that they are a scam but i want them to stop calling my job i just got a new job and they keep calling me there! im freaking out but i also called them back and told them i was going to due them and call the federal government on them lol so we will see who can play a better game....SMH!!!

We got a call from these clowns this morning claiming they were suing us for check fraud.They would not tell us the amount or who was suing.We got the old BS Routine that they were going to have us arrested, and blah blah blah blah.The problem is no checks ever bounced.

Called a lawyer,he said they were a scam.Called the local Court house nothing on the docket,will try again the court house again tomorrow just for the hell of it.Called Soc. Security,because these Filthy Clowns had they had my SS number,the SS Administration told us what to do,called the bank,they had our acct#.The bank took care of it.Called the Credit Reporting Agencies,to put a Fraud Alert out on all 3 credit agencies.Called the Federal Trade Commission they told us about the Fraud alert. The California ATT. General's office,going to file a complaint,against these filthy clowns.Were told they might be calling from over seas using a California Number.This is possible by the way.

My next endeavor is to call the police and the FBI! That will be done tomorrow! Let's just see what happens tomorrow.To be Continued

Yes I have had all the same experience that everyone else has. They are calling my work, jamming the lines and screaming at my co workers. I am exhausted on day three of this. I have been instructed to not pay this money.

I talked to my attorney and he said it's not legal for them to do anything without sending you a notification in the mail. these people are FRAUD and i would recommend not giving them anything. I have talked to other people and they said the same thing.

Just got a call from my girl...she stated they called her and gave my hole ss# since i work for a law firm i called the # back and got some guy on the phone saying he was a detective...i gave him the name of daniel hendrickson (not really my name) and they still found an account and requested for pay off today by cc.....where they do that at.....
