They have been calling me for 2 months now and whenever I tell them not to call me they just hang up.  Yesterday I called them an got someone different every time I called and they just hang up when I tell them not to call, so I cursed them out.  They started calling me after that 19 times in one day! not leaving a message, just leaving background noise on my voicemail.

i let the robo call go thru to a liver person, then screamed at the top of my lungs when the person came on, then hung up. the #@!*^ called back saying "motherf***er, f*** you" -- i hung up. isn't this an FCC violation? I'm on the DNC list, too.

just get a Marine / Sport horn, when they call and a person get's on the phone just hit the horn.  It's fun and it's about all you can do.

Recieved about five calls a day from 702-705-5084 on my work phone.  Called back and got the same runaround.  If you say no they hang up.  Said yes and they put me on hold,  then came back on the phone and "are you serious about reducing your debt?"  I said yes waited about 3 minutes then hung up, had to answer another line.  They called back from 408-531-6205.  called the fcc.  Then I found this website.  Called the 800-464-5446 talked to Jim, employee number 292 and filed a complaint.  Don't know what that will do will let you know later.

Same thing is happening to me. I ask them to take me off their list and they just hang up. When I actually "faked" my way through to a Rep- I told him to take me off his list. Now they call every day. Ridiculous.

One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

I think they are rerouting calls with our phone number on them.  Once we received a call from them and hung up, people starting calling our number and saying we called them.

These idiots just called my cell phone twice this morning waking me up and when I hung up on them called me back and cussed me out. I am mad.

One call was from 408-531-6205 and the second was from 909-691-9178.

they also keep calline me they gave me the name of northside services I think by mistake they said that a lawyer would call me to see if I qualify for their services. also used phone number (213) 710-8169 they call constantly and when I ask questions they hang up on me.

Hey guys! The company responsible for all of this (which is the company who actually provides these other companies with the phone services) is Wildgate Services (aka Digitcom Services- digitcom.net) out of Culver City, CA. Call them at once! Their # is 800.464.5446 and ask them for their address, if they'll even provide it. The next step is to Contact the FCC- the TCPA strictly states that they are NOT to deny you your right for a proper and legit location mentioned from the rep when they call you, but they've been giving false whereabouts and that is also a violation. I have calculated, under the TCPA, I am entitled NOW to $36,000 from these idiots and I am filing my small claims suit today! (it's only $55!!) Also, the FCC just may do that for you as well! :D

Make sure you log all calls and document the numbers, times, and dates and what happened in each call.. also, they are NOT allowed to deny you the right to a copy of their DO NOT CALL maintenance policy. ask for that next time and EACH time they call you, and log each denial or hang up from them, which just buries them even MORE!

They knew exactly what and who I was talking about and they provide phone services TO the telemarketing firm/call center and all of those #'s are INDEED the ones they provided them with, and they are all the ones they use to call! They said they've gotten complaints all day today and all month and last month, in fact!

This company poses as a debt relief, credit fixing company. Do not give them any information.  They may have it already anyway...don't give them more than they have!  This number is related to number 909-842-8124, and probably others.  It would appear this is a big scam!
