she called again - her name is ruth ann walters - she's with future link recruiting and wants referrals for candidates. she must have found me on linked-in bc she also sent me a request to network.

"ka" is correct, it's a magazine subscription service.

They bug the crap out of you so my advice is simply do not pick up or find some way to annoy the crap out of them.

A call came in from this number, but didn't leave a message. Thank you to all who have commented. I'll know not to pick up - it looks like a scam of some sort.

Caller called and wanted to offer free subscription.  I said no thank you.  Then he said, I'll call back at another time so I repeated that I have asked them to remove their contact name from the list.  Very bad connection and took forever for someone to come on the line.  I would've hung up but thought it was a mobile # from a customer.

Called, but the connection was SO bad I couldn't understand a word they were saying.  Did not call back.

Called - said she was a recruiter from Orange County and she needed a referral and there was a very bad signal. She called twice and we were not able to talk because of the static connection. I definitely dont know why a recruiter would be calling me for a referral at work

1-408-533-4418 is calling daily several times a day and if you answer no one talks and if you call the number --it says due to network difficulties your call can not be completed. How can I have this number blocked or reported?

Caller asked for the person in our office who purchases office supplies.  Very bad connection, could barely hear what the caller was saying.  Sent the caller into the buyer's voicemail; of course he/she didn't leave a message.

I got a call from this number and when i call back again its saying that there are network dificulties and cannot connect.
