Just received a call on my cellular @8:25pm Tues., 18 Aug 09 from this number: 408-587-2134, it was odd since I signed-up for the "DO NOT CALL" list last year. I'm going to report it. Also, the call was a recorded message that only started after I said hello, the message stated the President has released funds for debt relief and if I was $10,000 or more in debt to press one when I didn't press any buttons the call hung up, it was a call of a total 36 seconds.

got the same call... twice.  listened to it on 8/18 to see if I could get a person on the line to say don't call me (I'm on the do not call list) and it gave me the option at the end to "hit 2 to be take off this list"  Well that didn't work as I got a call at the same time today!  Just filed my complaint.

Rcvd. a call from this number today, recording started out saying there was nothing wrong with my credit card, but if I wanted to take advantage of a reduced interest offer then press 1. I pressed "off". My caller ID read: Taylor Joseph 408-507-2134.

I have gotten numerous calls from these people on both my cell phone & landline. Each time I have called them back and hit "1" which is supposed to remove my number from their calling list.  I am on the Do Not Call list.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone while at work, answered with a simple hello and got a message about debt relief at the behest of a new bill just signed into law by Obama.  I was told this is my last chance to take advantage of lower interest rates and to push '1' for more info.  Annoyed, I did just that and got a real human being who hung up on me when I asked for the name of the organization she represented.  I will be calling my cell phone provide to place a block on the number; hope this helps.

This company calls every day...has for weeks. They immediately hang up if you answer. If you try to call the number back, you get a recording that does not identify them. It only says that if you no longer wish to receive their "promotional" calls to press "1". I have done so dozens of times. They still call every day...usually at dinner time. I reported them to the national DONOTCALL registry since all my phones are registered with them. They (the FTC) cannot enforce anything themselves it turns out. It says that is handled by local law enforcement. So, I traced the number to Salinas, California. I called the Salinas Police Dept. You can file a complaint with them online at pdwebadmin@ci.salinas.ca.us  or on the phone. I did so and suggested they google the number to see just how many hundreds of people have the same complaint. I told them the caller ID says "ACSG" but I could not find a listing for them.

The phone number 4085872134 was purchased from Digitcom, serving CA, AR, and NV, by Telephone Management Caller ID, LLC of Portland, OR.  It was then rented to a telemarketer with the CID ACSG.  Thus ASCG can be abusive from any boilershop location hiding behind Telephone Management Caller ID, who in turn hides behind, Digitcom.  You may report abuse to both tmicallerid.com and digitcom starting at http://didcheck.digitcom.net/

I got a call from them last night. at 11:59pm. Came up with the name and as company name the phone number. We are on the do not call registry.

Several calls/week, never leaves messages.

I also keep getting a call from 1-408-587-2134 at least once per day on my cell phone.  I am usually at work when it comes.  I called AT&T to complain and they indicated that if it was a political phone call I could not block it from AT&T.  However, I am registered on the DO NOT CALL LIST and just notified them.  This is harrassment.

I get a call from this number almost everyday on both of my cell phone. Ones personal and the other is a company issued phone. I also signed up for the do not call list for all my phones. As soon as I answer they hang up. It is really annoying.

These calls are coming to my cell at least twice a day.  How in the hell do you make them STOP?!?!?!?

These idiots are calling our home phone and cell. So far 3 calls in one day. I did report them last month when they called the home phone twice.
No way to get back to them.

The number calls my cell and home phone numbers. They are located in Omaha, Neb. They call and hang up every freakin' day. This is out right harrasement especially when I have to pay for their calls during prime time!

I keep getting calls from this number everyday.  I believe it is a collection call from some I do not know. I was getting them on my home number and told the caller that this a new number for me and I do not know the person that they are trying to reach.

They just called me and left a message.  It started out with "This is your final chance.  If you owe $10,000 or more in debt...".  I immediately deleted the message.  Probably a scam number, no matter their reasoning for calling.

When I picked up, there was a recorded message about an Obama program for debt relief aimed at people who owe more than $10,000.
