Got a call missed call from this number, with a blank voicemail...  Really weird.... Must be a scam or something?

same as above... received the same call... the same affected brit accent woman's voice with same message, with my name. I pressed the #1... waited and got disconnected.
It will be a time when I will not pick up the phone anymore... I don't owe money to anybody, I don't want to be blessed by any company's certificates, trips, gifts, or s***...
If you know who's that caller, please post it so I can call and tell them where to put their telephone in...
Everytime I get a telephone number that pisses me off, I write it down in the mens bathroom of each bar I go with the legend "For a good time call..."

I just got a call from this number but when i answered it was an automated recording saying that it is important they talk to me but nobody came on the phone and hung up after a few minutes. When i tried to call it back it was the same recording. Who is calling me from this number???
