Have called twice at 8am and would not give name, only ask if .............was this person and was a computer call. was ask to stay on the line because "Your call is very important to us" yeah, I bet it is! Can a harassment class action lawsuit be filed?

This number called me several times, but would never leave a message. I never answer numbers I don't know. I called from a blocked number and asked the person who answered what business this was. She wouldn't tell me, just kept trying to get my name. It's bascially a collection company that tries to collect on accounts that have been written off years ago through a bankruptsy. And when I say years, I mean years. This is HIGHLY illegal. But if they call you, never tell them your name, or else they'll try to collect. Very ruthless.
