This number called my office 10-20 times a day, and as soon as the company name was mentioned they hung up.  I called back and reached an "automated" Wells Fargo department that was for Financial Card Automated payment system.  dialed 0 and got a real person, gave them the number they were calling... CSR apologized and made a note to ask for the person they want to speak with (who does work at my office) vs just hanging up when the person doesn't answer... We'll see if this actually fixes the problem.

I thought my numbers were the only numbers in their database!  They call my home, my work, and my husband's cell numbers in a rotation of every 20 minutes!  August's payment was late, but I have a bill with a new due date in September!  I cannot wait until I'm done with them and their pestering/bullying tactics!

The numbers 605-782-5065 & 360-885-4395 are both Wells Fargo collections.

They will call all of the numbers you have listed with them repeatedly every day until you speak to them. If you are late on a payment you will go from valued customer to dead beat scumbag instantly...... In fact you will probably come to the same conclusion I did, "why did I ever do business with these people" .

On a side note they wont leave messages, you will only see 10-15 calls a day on your caller ID. If you do pick up they play games where they wont tell  you who they are until you confirm your identity first, though they called YOU. very irritating. Its bad enough that circumstances have put you behind but to be paying their high interest and fees then to be treated like this is just awful.

I will never do business with Wells Fargo again.

Have been hounded by WFF for years.  Constant calls all day long.  No respect and the people working there have no clue what's going on with your account.  The "notes" that they are supposed to be leaving for whoever answers the phone next are terrible.  Will not go back to this company ever again.  Sick of the constant hounding and constant calls all day and night long for a $20 late payment.  Get a life WFF.

Section 805 of the FDCPA http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre27.pdf says:
1. Calls between 8AM and 9PM only but does not forbid weekends.
2. Calls to employment forbidden only if employer says employees are not allowed to accept calls.

I had to get a loan to save my home from a negative arm loan, I have been paying them on time for the past 3 years, just recently I noticed that my balance continued to be the same for the past 6 months and when I called to find out they informed me that I had made a late payment...jerks I made the payment online 2 minutes after the cut off time their time, it was morning where I was at anyway when I asked if I could get my rate back down they flat turned me away but now I have decided to pay them what I want and they have called today 6 times from each of the numbers associated to them.

I'm so sick and tired of these people calling me at 6 in the morning and 9 at night, I have an infant so when they call in the morning it makes me so angry. I did do some research and was told by a debt relief company that per the FDCPA they can not call you at work if you demand they take that number off.

I had this number and 360-885-4395 call my cell phone two to three times a week the past month. They have called at all different times. Morning, night, weekdays, and weekends. Glad to find this site. I have an account at Wells Fargo that is current on payment.  It would be nice if someone called that they left a message. I guess they believe in being jerks and paying dirty rather than treating someone human like and getting a positive response.

This is a Wells Fargo collection call.  There is a real person on the other end.  If you overdraw your cash advance credit card, they will continue to harass you until you guarantee them a payment to cover the overdrawn amount.  They will ask you for your banking information including account number & routing number.  They initiated the call and they think I am going to give them my private information over the phone?  I have been with Wells Fargo for four years - never missed or ever late on a single payment.  I had an emergency and withdrew the amount that said "available balance".  5 days later, they're hounding me for payment on the overdrawn amount because a statement was processed and the interest owed was deducted.  I guess they think if they call enough & you call the number back, you're going to make an automatic payment to them.  Well Wells Fargo, if I had the money I would never had  withdrawn it in the first place.  Do you honestly think calling my phone number 14 times in two days is really going to make me send you a payment any faster?

Wells Fargo Financial is apparently attempting to reach our son, for matters that we are not sure of.  They use an automatic dialing system that some times has no one at the other end, and some times has a person.  Each time they refuse to speak with us, and most of the time hang up before we get a chance to ask what it is about.  When we are able to ask what it is about we are told anything from it is personal business, it is a special offer, or it is about a loan due.  When they are told this is our telephone number, not our son's and he is out of town for an extended period, they refuse to speak with us about the issue, but place our telephone number on an automatic dialer to call us back every 30 minutes.  Their representative tells us that is legal for them to place our telephone number on automatic dialer until we put our son on the phone.

called back this number.  they've called about 20 times a day for the past few weeks at my place of business and when I answer with the company greeting they just hang up.  When i called back, it was a number for the Wells Fargo Financial Card Automated payment system.  Dialed 0 for customer assitance, they said who they were calling from after clarifying the number being called.  The person works at my company but doesn't answer the phones (ever!).  They promised to make a note in the file that this business has a receptionist and will tranfer calls.  Hope they at least start asking for someone because it wastes so much of my day answering hang up calls!!!

Is there someone who can be notified about practices like this?  I don't care what they're calling for, but doing it every hour (at least once if not more) and just haning up is insane.

WE HAVE "NO" ACCOUNTS WHATSOEVER WITH WELLS FARGO, YET THEY CALL AT A MINIMUM ONCE EVERY HOUR.  WHEN YOU ANSWER THE PHONE ALL THEY DO IS HANG UP.  IS THERE SOME GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY THAT CAN BE NOTIFIED OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I have recieved 10 calls from them this morning at work. And it is only 10:45AM.  That's okay though.  I have retained a lawyer for bancruptcy and now they can be sued because they are not supposed to be calling me anymore.  
Filing bancruptcy was not an easy decison to make. But with the economy the way it is, and the price of everything soaring, and the fact that I haven't had a pay increase in 3 years has not helped.  Good luck to anyone else that has to deal with Wells Fargo.  I for one do not plan on ever doing business with them again.

Wells Fargo Financial collections. Don't do business with them, the number of times they call per day because a payment is late, is ridiculous.  They call more times per day for a late $20 credit card payment than my mortgage company does for a $2000 mortgage payment. Don't do business with them. They suck.

the number 605-782-5065 is Wells Fargo Financial. Your phone number is put on auto redial until you answer it. Even after you answer the call you will continue to recieve the calls daily and hourly until you give into their demands. Wells fargo Financial is a sleazy business. Wells Fargo Financial always has had a very poor reputation and it has not and will not get any better. My suggestion  would be close all accounts and tell to stuff their future mailing where the sun does not shine. Also remember Wells Fargo Financial only hires employees who would not be able to be employed anywhere else due to their lack of educations and Wells Fargo Financial being a sleazy employer.

I get quite a few calls from this number, never leaves a message. If they are collectors; they are in trouble if they try anything. I know of no law that requires me to answer any phone call; known or unknown!!!
