At my working hours harassing me very ugly by calling on my cell.i getting disturb. it effects to very bad.i dont want to disclose the word what they told. because its very words.

I wonder how many of you that have been called by this number have Tracfones? Or have had a Tracfones in the past? When you sign up after buying the phone they ask you to provide your home telephone number. They then farm that number out and you're bothered for the rest of eternity, apparently. I curse the day I bought a Tracfone. Never again.

Actually found this number on my boyfriends (hey...I pay for it, but anyway) cell phone and it showed up so often I got suspicious and reversed the number. Thats when I found this marvy website.  Its good to have the peice of mind that I am just being paranoid...again.  Its also good to know that this sort of website exists...I am tired of the telemarketers killing my minutes and sucking up my family time.

These people keep calling me from two different numbers. One is from Errol and the other from some Newco place. I tried calling that Wildgate number that someone listed but had to leave a message because no one answered. I also filled out the FCC complaint form as well. I have called these people back on the numbers that show on caller ID and everytime I call and asked to speak to a supervisor or to be removed from their calling list they hang up on me. Even when I called them back for the 8th time in a row and told them I was contacting my attorney if they hung up on me they still hung up on me. I cannot understand a thing that they are saying to me when they answer the phone or anything. This is getting so out of hand. I am taking the suggestion of someone else on here and buying a whistle so I can hit the 1 button each time they call and blow the whistle on them. Maybe they will eventually stop calling!! Pricks!

I am constantly recieving calls from this 1-408-651-8146 number.  Always with the same recording and that it is imperative that I return the call (William Park)??  I think I will call them 10 times a day and hang up on them, or use the idea above (whistle in their ear)

Received a call from 1 408 651 8146 early this morning and they were in the process of leaving a message on my machine--something about consolidating my credit cards debts and it was "imperative" to call them back. Got to the phone just in time before they hung up. I picked up the phone (said nothing) and hung up immediately. I am on the do not call list and my phone # is unpublished. This is obviously a scam.

They keep calling my son's (10 years old)tracphone and leaving messages. When i call and tell them and ask their address they hang up...So i am going to buy a whistle and call them everyday like 10 times each day and blow the whistle in their ear just to annoy them...If i get their company name and address i am suing them for harassing my son.

I have had the same experiences as everyone else re these idiots calling from this number. The ID on my phone says they are NEWCO DATA. I am getting two, three and often several calls a day offering to help me with my credit card debt - which is a riot considering that I am totally debt free and pay my one credit card bill ,in full, as soon as it arrives. When I  try to talk to the "agent" and am either nice, or very ugly, they immediately disconnect. I have sent a complaint to the NH AG's office of Consumer Affairs. Any advice, I'm all ears. These vultures are a plague on the landscape. Class Action suit, "I'm in."

caller ID says "FORX" 562-289-8416 with recorded message about investing in precious metals. Waited online until a female answered the line who refused to give a number for incoming calls, then hung up. Calling the 562# leads to a recorded message that ultimately just hangs up on you.

Called Wildgate Services at 800-464-5446 and spoke to "Joseph" (Agent #286). Joseph stated that these calls (from the 562#) were being place by one of their subscribers and being passed through a Wildgate routher. Joseph also claimed that legal actions were in place "against the individual". He also suggested/offered adding my phone # to the Wildgate "do not call" list, as all calls from that router ultimately pass through the Wildgate system....

i am going to try and find there address and look them up in the yellow pages to see if they are a business what i do know is that they are located on s main st in salinas ca i going to continue searching for otions and i am going to file a comlaint with the police i filed a comlaint with the fcc

I have been getting these calls for over 2 months now, and I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry; Every time I'd call them back or ask to talk w/ their supervisor, they refuse and hang up; every time I'd ask which company they're with, they tell me they'll call me back and refuse to disclose who they are;

I have heard so many things, from so many different people on here.. One says that the telemarketing firm's telephone service carrier is Freedom Ring Communications (D.B.A. Bay Ring Communications); I also hear it's called Total Marketing Solutions, etc etc.. We really need to come up with something fast!

What I was thinking, is this- one of us sign up for something, build some good rapport with one of the reps, get as much info as we can, then BANG!

these cold-calls to my cellphone are getting increasing irritating.  my phone, my right.  I don't call you, you don't call me

These butt-wipes aggravate you calling and calling, and I have called them back about 15 times aggravating them back, when I called once I asked them if they had a green card and if they were sure they are a legal immagrant.  It frustrates me when you do call back to try to speak with a supervisor they tell you they are across the room or you just get the message that due to technical difficulites or you get hung up on...these people are jerks.

Been getting calls about satellite service and debt consolidation from a recorded voice, Started happening once I signed up for a free online IT magazine.  Im sure they sold my cell number.  I tried opting out of receiving anymore calls (does not work), I have tried calling back, but when I tell them I dont want anymore calls they always hang up on me.

I keep receiving phn calls from these jerks while I'm at work.  Mind you, I work in a corporate atomsphere, so I don't know how they got my number.  I just call then back 5 times in a roll and each time a different person picks up w/ an arabian accent. When I tell them to stop calling this number, they hang up.

Called about debt reduction.  Once again, it's "imperative" I call them back. Lodging a complaint to the FCC now.

They called my house several times. When I called them back to take me off the list, they immediatly hung up on me. I called upwards of 14 times. Finally I told them that I needed to talk to someone, that they keep hanging up on me. The lady FINALLY took my phone number and told me that I was taken off the list. We'll see within the next couple of days. Rude group of people!

I get calls day after day and finally got fed up I called the Digitcom Services Inc.toll free number (1-800-464-5446 ) and let them know i keep receiving these call from this company. as soon as o told him the tele phone number he knew what it was wouldn't give me the company name but gave me a case number and ( #14253 )  I also asked him to have my number blocked on their side to not get calls from them any more so we shall see if this works ...

Called my cellphone. It was a recording that said "Attention Credit Card Holders... Blah Blah Blah... How can they be allowed to call cell phones or any phone number for that matter? I am so SICK of this kind of call I would like to throw up on their shoes!

I am receiving the same messages on my phone but I cannot find them anywhere online to give me an address or any information at all about where they are. They keep saying in the recording that they have received my paperwork that I have never filled out and to call them back. If anyone can give me information on how to file the complaint I would be happy to do so.

I ended up filing a claim with the FCC online and I just received my confirmation in the mail that they are investigating it.  When they call you, tell them not to call and file it with the FCC.... DOCUMENT EVERYTHING! They will ask you for specific dates and times of the phone calls and if anyone gives you a name, write it down.  The more info you can give the FCC, the better.  The next time they call, file another claim with the FCC.  Keep filing one everytime they call because they will get fined for each violation.  Stick it to these guys! They're still calling me just not as often as they were before.

I received a letter from the Ohio Attorney General today- it's in response to Wildgate Wireless/Digitcom. Digitcom wrote back to the Attorney General and stated this:

"The phone numbers (603) 214-3683, (603) 214-3537, (408) 651-8146, (916) 219-8134, and (562) 289-8146 are not used to make phone calls. We supply these numbers to clients as ANI (Automated Number Identifiers)only, with the limitation and rules outlined below. When the call is actually made, the ANI typically appears in the caller ID box of the called party's telephone."

"Our client that displayed the (603) 214-3537, (408) 651-8146 and (562) 289-8146 ANI's for the calls in question is:

They state that they only provide the ANI's and that's it. So, the companies in addition to Dish Network, National Dealers Warranty, and Surveycruise.com, are those mentioned above who actually MAKE the calls on behalf of these three major companies just mentioned. They also call on behalf of Direct Solutions (Executive Direct Solutions) and they are ALSO collectible! Meaning, once I file my lawsuit, I know exactly WHO to sue!
