Well let me start by saying that I read all these posts after I had already paid these FAKE/FRAUDS $685!!!...Being young and, I got intimidated with the thought of going to jail. I got a call first from a (845) 977-6361 number one day with a guy by the name of "Gary Thompson" saying that I owed money to a payday loan I had taken out YEARS back. Again being young and naive, I paid the man what he was asking for, $300. He then said "thank you, I will be sending you all the documents stating that your loan has been paid off and settled in full" COMPLETE BS, never recieved anything at all. The same day of paying that, I checked my pre-paid visa to see what company was collecting my debt and how much $ they had collected and sure enough, they ran my card for more than what they had told me!!!...I call back and the guy says "let me have my processing center give you a call back and explain what happened", I said ok. 2 mins later I was getting the call from the number used many times here, (408) 663-9405 with "Shawn Michael" on the line stating that yes I had paid in full with the other company but that was just to cover the attorney fees, that now I had to pay the actual debt which was $385. After argueing for a few mins I was like "whatever ok Ill pay " He set me up to pay the $385 in weekly (3 payments of $100 and one final of $85). During these weeks I got NUMEROUS calls from other "OFFICERS of the court" stating I owed more and more money. I ignored them, and just listened to their THREATENING messages and just asked myself "what the hell did I get into??" Finally I had paid off the "remaining" balance and again was told that I would be faxed or emailed all the court affidavates and paperwork stating my case was closed and paid IN FULL, once again, I NEVER got anything!...

All I have to say is PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be VERY aware of where you're putting all ur PERSONAL info, you never know who really reads this, and DONT EVER PAY ANYTHING over the phone like I did!!...Specially something you have very little to no information about. I THANK ALL OF YOU that posted your stories on here as now I can relax a little and just take the calls I get form these MIDDLE EASTERN people as a JOKE!!..

Sometimes has the nerve to say ?God Bless You? or ?Good Luck?.  HILARIOUS considering I actually work for the state level Justice Cabinet! Sometimes claims to be representing CashNetUSA or CashUSA.Net. I called CashNetUSA and they stated that this was a scam.  They have NO information on me whatsoever. Call cell, place of business..and anyone you may have listed as a reference on an online payday loan or anything else....from years ago! Gave him the # to my attorney....the Better Business Bureau....became irate. Also give number to local police fraud division as attorney?s number.   Using female ?Kim Stewart from Jaffe and Jaffe Law Firm? claims to have sent legal documents to a gmail account.  So silly! Officer Chris Williams from law firm of "Cyber Crime Unit".  States supervisor will be arrested and interrogated as well!!

Have filed/reported complaint with State Attorney General's Office, IC3, Credit.com, this website, numerous other scam alert websites and anyone else who will listen, it is actually VERY comical now.  My co-workers and I enjoy listening to the voice messages or "playing along" with their script.  "We will arrest you at work." where do I work?"  "You know where you work."  Complete IDIOTS!!

Has now started sending ridiculous emails to a rarely used gmail account. States to call 408-663-9405 if I don't want to go to jail, but that I'm going to jail because I won't pay.  Horrible, broken english.  Obviously a botched attempt at a form letter/email.

They are nothing but scammers!!!! The first call I recieved was from a number in Africa. Same guy this Shawn P.O.S. I have never applied for a loan on line and they know my name and number as well. As for Peters' message I suspect you are one of them trying to convince the rest of us. When I called the number and Shawn answered I told him I would find him and sue HIS A**, I was told to F!@# OFF! Now does that sound like an Attorney to any of you? I think not. Keep bombarding them with calls from new numbers like I did and am doing.

This a**** are making me mad, they won't stop calling me. They keep on calling me at work telling me that they will come and arrest me. I tell them to send me the stuff by mail in writing but they hung up on me. They claim the I owe $300 to cashnetusa. i told them to give me their number to call them but i think they gave me another one of their numbers, they guy tells me that i have to speak to their law firm at this point. He says that i took out a loan with them in Aug of 2010, i never did. i told them i have proof to back that up also. They wont stop calling me at work, i tell them to go to hell and to come and arrest me if they want but they dont stop. What do I do?

I have been receiving calls as well. First his name was Officer Hernandez, then his name was Eric Matthews. I started a lot of questions, then he called me a fool and told me that I needed to me him in court in Friday. I told him to give me the case number and which court house I needed to report to. Once I did that, he hung up. I called him back and asked him for the details. I asked who did I owe money to and how much. He stated I owe cashadvance.net and it was $642.00. I told him to send me something in writing. the more I questioned, the more he was getting mad. THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM!!!!!

Been getting these calls now too! They do say at then end that if they dont here from me, Like Shawn Miller, with an Indian accent, that he wishes me 'good luck'.

i got a phone call saying that i am getting in to trouble for not paying the loan that i never got.i was told i was not aprroved.this will be the second call.i was rudewith her and told i am not paying something that i was not approved.i said i can back it up that i never got it.and its from usa cash. he said he was the police and i know better.

i keep getting calls from these guys. they have claimed to be the fbi, attorney, and now most recentally from the us attorneys office. they call my cell phone and leave messages and even call my work. they get really pushy with my work wanting personal information about me but my work tells them we cant give that information out. they just wont stop calling!! ive told them to go to hell and everything i have even told them that i called the fbi but they just wont stop call. they cant even speak english very well!!!

BEWARE!!!!  This a fraudulent scheme.  They are acting as attorneys claiming that you owe money to a company (in my case CashNetUSA), and they are going to send out someone to file a lawsuit against you.  IT IS TOTAL BS!  I walked into my small, local grocery store - after receiving various calls from them today - and went on a total rampage.  I swear if they call me again, I'm going to find a rocket launcher and strap their a***s to it, and send them back to the foreign country they came from.  They will try to transfer you to a supervisor, but you'll get the same BS.  Check with the company they say you owe money to - they will tell you that you (most likely) do not - at least not through these guys.  Check your checking account.  They will most likely have the number.  CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT ASAP!! They had my social and my checking account number.  Don't give them a chance to raid your account.  I already closed mine just in case.  And when you talk to these guys, give them a piece of your mind.  They deserve it!!  They told me that they were recording my call so I let loose on them.  I hope they play it back - over and over.  I doubt I'll be hearing back from them.  Also, I received another call just like this from another number - all appear to be of Indian ascent.  DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY!! this forigen man called me yesterday claims that i owe for a pay day loan that was never approved for and, california court house has issued a warrent for me and said that the following day police would arrest me . Then when I called them back they told me that I wasn't allowed to call and check the status of my warrent the man responded the california court house doesnt recieve calls that i needed to send him the payment and he would notify me that my warrent has been cleared.I told him to shove it where the sun dont shine.

At 6:30AM called waking household. Asked for me by full name which is very unnerving. IF a collector from California would know it was that early and illegal to call before eight. Reported 421-781-8274 SLOVATKIA number yesterday for harrassing and vulgar calls with foreign man and had it blocked so this morng this call.  STOP HARRASSING CALLS!!!!!!!  Others beware..
