I want to know why and who billed me for$90-44 and $12-04 on the 27th of June, I did not purchase anything so who is comitting this fraud

I was billed $29.99 on July 5th, and refunded the same amount on July 7th...at first I thought it was my husband and was livid, I figured it was Friendfinder, just by the abbreviations of the services charge...its listed as teleservices....it was actually on my credit card and not his which both are on the same account...I've not ever given out my cc info to any dating sites...when I called the number it directly when to automation of 'thank you for calling all of our representatives are busy, please hold', for about 40 minutes...then I hung up...Oddly enough, the company name was never disclosed when you initially call, so you know who you've called.   These people are scamming many, protect yourself and get a new card!

So did I.  Call your bank and they'll send you a new credit card.

I am in Australia and I too was billed by FriendF for just over $AU29.  I have never been to a dating website in my life.    I usually only use PayPal online until recently when I became a member of the Pogo website, where I was forced to give credit card details.   I was wondering if anyone else also has a Pogo membership and if the website may have been compromised in some way.  I immediately phoned Master Card and had my card cancelled and will wait for a new one to be issued.   I checked on the Friend Finder website and there appears no option to contact them direct, little wonder.    They appear to be a company that wants your money but they sure don't want to talk to you.  How is it they are allowed to get away with such fraudulent practices?   The mind boggles.

The company appears to be Friendfinder.com and will appear on your creditcard statement as either FRIENDF 4087021114 US  or  VTR*FRIENDFINDER.COM 610757 something. There are two options. OPTION 1, you have either been scammed  and it is plenty of people around the world that swear they have never been on any of their dating sites but  just keep on getting billed over and over again. OPTION 2, you have created a profile on one of their dating sites and bought an upgraded account which means you submitted the credit card number. You might have thought it was a onetime  monthly charge, but they are jumping on the chance to just continue to bill you on a monthly basis. read the fineprint of their contracts. why do you think Contracts are made so long and wordy with very small letters? so that you will not want to read the terms and conditions.

Solution: the easiest way is to get a new creditcard number. Many people have tried to phone the company and cancel the charge verbally but it seems to have very little effect. they agree and cancel, yet next month there is a charge on your bill again....lol...so if you like getting angry and like a drawn out process then phone them......but it is way easier to just change the number. But file a complaint with the FBI or some commisioner of sorts in any state if it makes you feel better.

client has been billed for $27.14 and the telelphone number does not work. Does anyone know who these people are?

I have been billed on my mastercard from FRIENDF 408702114 USA, I do not know anything about these amounts or even this company.
Please advise what these amounts are representing.

Correction on last mail; it was a bill for FRIENF 4087021114 US for the amount of 41,31?, that I don't know nothing about.  Can you give more information and pay it back?
