they have called me three times already and have never left a message. i am a teacher and leave my cell on in case of emergencies and now three times my classes have been interupted.

They say I have a past due account and that they are a debt collector. I press one to talk to someone but there is never anyone avaliable. They call at least four times a week.

i have gotten that call too, and they're looking for someone else, an adam mitchell, and that most definately isn't me. the rick & bachard group. the name they use. at first i thought it might be a law firm because they gave me all sorts of extensions to call back at. 1800 something or other, ex blah blah blah. i never call them back. i have tried to google them once but i didn't find anything

This number is from the rickenbacher (sp?) group. I know I signed up with Fitness200 in Newark and neglected to pay my bill. I'm not sure who else they may be affiliated with but they are a collection agency
