Got the same call-"Christopher Randall",who claimed I was buying drugs online,then asked me to hold to speak to a sargeant.While waiting,I searched the number &,after reading the comments here,hung up. The phone rang again,& I was asked,nastily,if I had hung up the phone. I said Yes,because I checked the # & it's a scam. They hung up on me. I'm going to report this to the police.

I got a message this morning from this number - "408-771-2965" from a "Christopher Randall" who claims to be a DEA agent with an open and ongoing criminal investigation. Also says he has a search warrant for my home and an arrest warrant for me,   I had my husband call and leave a message. The guy called him back and my husband yelled at him. The guy then said it must have been the wrong number so disregard.  The call came in very garbled and from 408-771-0965 SCAM!!!

Got the same message yesterday from this number. How many DEA officers would call you ahead of time to let you know they are going to arrest you?? SCAM!

Just got a call from this number...  I didn't pick up, but the message that was left was that he was with the DEA and I needed to call him back regarding a criminal investigation.  Don't think I will be calling him back.....

I received the same call today! Thanks for posting. I thought someone stole my identity and was doing crazy things with it.

Said he was with the DEA. I told him he had the wrong number. He continued to say that he was doing a criminal investigation. I told him he had the wrong number and hung up. Asked for "Dona Dano"

My cell phone rang early this morning--I couldn't get to it fast enough--
I read the voicemail and it said:  
"This is Sgt. Barnes with the DEA, Star # A9977 and this is an ongoing criminal investigation.  You have been getting drugs from out of the country illegally.  We have an arrest warrant for you and a search warrant for your home.  It is important the you call me back at (408) 771-0965."
I do not order drugs from out of the country--I buy all my meds here in the U.S. and by prescription.  I called the number back--no one answered.

Called, left no message

First thing the guy said when I answered was "you need to get a pen and paper and write this down" He went on to say that he was going to give me his credentials and that he is DEA and If I don't cooperate he would send an agent over and cuff me, finger print me and take me in and lock me up. He asked me if I ever ordered from an online pharmacy. While he was threatening me I was busy Googling his number and I ended up at this site. Thankfully I was able to tell him he was trying to flim flam me, I'm reading all about how you try get people to send you money. He hung up, 12 plus hours later I'm still waiting for those agents to show up!
