What steps do we take to report these horrible people?

2006 Ski-Doo MXZ 800 for $2600 the seller said she was from Montreal, her name apparently was Sophia Senneville sennevillesophia@hotmail.com.  I received an invoice that looked legit and wired the money to Terry Namer (the Vehicle Purchase Program Agent @ 4 Hampshire Close London England UK.

How do you go about reporting this to the authorities?  Please help, this was our Family Christmas present.  My children will be devastated along with devastated and embarrassed parents.

This number is used in a car buying scam that I have run across where they use Ebay as the Escrow type service saying it is safe to use.  Buyer Beware!!
