Get calls from 408-940-3898 caller ID shows Unknown Name.  Never leaves a message.  

These people call our place of business many times per week. No company name shows on the ID.
But the number clearly indicates the location as Sunnyvale, CA and 408 940 3898.
I am trying to memorize the # so I don't keep answering the annoying calls.

Received call from 408 940 3898. Woman asked for Mr or Mrs Joseph. I asked her to remove the # from her list.
I swear we get calls all day long for the Joseph family.

Calls, says "Good morning!..."... then hangs up.

This phone number called and after 5 seconds of silence, some sort of recording just said "Good Bye". I tried calling it back but a recording says it is not in service. It is probably a spoofed number.
