I have no idea why I got this.

I have just started getting calls from this number. They have called two days in a row and have not left a message. Someone on another site said it is NCO Financial which is a debt collection agency.

they are sometimes calling card numbers ... i thought they were bill collectors untill i answered it and it was my sister   she had a prepaid phone

yes i got called this summer, it is probably a scam, but there is a possibity it might be real, because i've tried caling and it does ring. i just set them as a contact called do not answer, and eventually got my number changed. i knew it was a scam because i was only 12 at the time and couldn't have had an inscurance company or whatever on my tail (they said i owed money).

this has been going on for a few weeks now, when i answer i get no one, and they never leave a message, when i *69, they say it cant be dialed i am truly getting tired of it.

When I started getting calls from this # my boyfriend said never call those #'s back,some are a scam to get you to call and you get phone charges,people get mad and call to tell them to stop and get charged....again! ETC,ETC!!!!!!!!I don't know if it is one of those,but if someone really needs to contact me,they'll leave a message

keep getting a call from this weird number (all 0's), but they never leave a message!!  UUG!

What is NCO, I need them not to call me nomo!!

After doing enough research, I have found that Key-Systems GmbH is the billing contact for the domain website.tc, which owns, or is affiliated with tmsg9.com. http://www.tmsg9.website.tc/ based on the billing phone number listed in the whois directory: Phone: +3124661177

I am receiving spam text messages to my mobile phone from the domain tmsg9.com through the phone number 410-000-0000. Additionally, there is no real contact for either of these two domains, and neither one has a legitamite internet presence.

My call from this number left a message saying they were from NCO Financial.

I recieved a call from my ex he said it was a prepaid phone he was calling from  and wanted to know why i was not answering all the time ????? I do not answer # i do not know  so some may be people you know and when i called an agent who sells them he said that is one of the many numbers that show up from a pay as you go phone or they can be changed by the caller to what ever number they want ... so buyers and answerers beware

No message. Like I am really going to answer a call from 410-000-0000. Especially with name unavailable.

my boyfriend received a call from this number and he answered it. all it was, was a recording saying "please hold, a representative will be with you in a minute. your call is important to us". i know here someone said it was NCO, but on another site a girl said that when they answered it was a woman claiming to be checking up on fraudulent check charges and started asking for a whole bunch of personal information. when the girl refused to give her personal information because she was uncomfortable with it, the woman on the phone told her to call the number on the back of her card. the girl did and they told her there were no charges or anything to worry about.

i don't know, but this number is weird. and if it was NCO they would leave a message with your registration number/information so you could log online and check to see what you owe and to who.

I have just started receiving calls from this number. They don't leave a message but call everyday.

calls every  2 or 3 days in the morning

I get calls daily from this number, but, since it is not in my contact list, I never answer it.  It calls me several times a day, 7 days a week and never leaves a message.

I do not know who it is and do not answer unknown callers.
