Here is the link for FCC complaints:
http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
Unfortunately, you do not seem to have a valid complaint to make. It does not fit any of the categories they have listed. It is not illegal to call and not leave a message on voicemail/answering machine. You do not know if the caller was a recording. It was not a hangup call. And since you have not answered, you do not know if it is a sales call in violation of the Do Not Call rule for sales calls. In order for you to have a valid complaint you are going to have to answer at least once to determine what type of complaint to file. If it is a sales call in violation of the Do Not Call rule, they apparently get one "freebie" in a 12 month period.

I continually get these calls. Has anyone ever got any satisfaction from reporting them to the FCC. What really happens to these scammers???

I received a call 7/18/13 at 3:30p stating that my warranty is about to expire on my Mazda. I entertained the call to see what it was about. I listened to the sales pitch in which they wanted $3,600 to extend the warranty to 2016 with a $200 discount included if I paid that day. As soon as I told them I needed to speak to my husband regarding the warranty since he's the only one working the Manager of the company immediately hung up on me. I called back and voiced my dissatisfaction about being hung up on and how unprofessional they were to me. The woman kept telling me to hold on and she will straighten it out, I told her I was no longer interested and to not call my house anymore. I just wanted to get enough information on the reason of them calling me so I can report them to FCC. I knew it was a scam from jump because I know most MD numbers.

I just got a call from this number. When I picked up I was told my car warranty was up and how many miles do I have on my vehicle? That weird my vehicle is only 2 years old and I have a 5 year warranty. So it just a spam or scam call. I will be reporting them to DoNotCall.gov.

I've been receiving no less than 3 calls every day, at all different times, for close to one month from this number. My phone is registered with the DoNotCall.gov, for whatever good it does. I called Verizon and they gave me a number to call, but only after I re-registered with the DoNotCall.gov. Then, 31 days after reregistering, I can then call a fraud number and report them. Two more weeks and I will call again to report it. Why is it so difficult to get rid of these calls? I've tried the reverse caller ID with no info found. So so annoying!!! There should just be a code, a series of numbers that I choose (like a PIN), that will block a number that is harassing me. Why can't Verizon offer me this?
Wonder if all the phone companies deal with this same issue?

Caller ID says Rising Sun, MD. Who is it?

They call 2-3 times a day; never leave a message. I don't aswer the phone if I don't recognize the number. I'm assuming it's a debt collector, but if they won't leave a message, how do I know for sure? Sometimes they will call twice within a 5-minute period! It's annoying as hell!
