I keep getting calls from this number.  No messages.  Have no idea who they are or what they want.  I am on the no call list

If someone violates my 'do not call" request, where can I report them?

Same here mine came in 9:42, I have a efw listings on Ebay..I assume they scavenged my number from there..

Got a call 9:52 a.m. they wanted to lower my interest rate. Please beware this is a scam!!! Tried calling number back got busy signal.

Called this morning on my cell.  We are on the do not call list and almost never get this kind of call on the call.  Luckily did not get to it in time.  These scammers need to be horsewhipped.

I GOT THE SAME CALL AS THE OTHER RECENT POSTERS.  I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A CALL LIKE THIS UNTIL I STARTED WITH CONSUMER CELLULAR SERVICE A COUPLE WEEKS AGO.  ANYONE OUT THERE DO THE SAME?

Called at 9:04 AM EDT today. Did not pick up. They left no message.

I also received at call at 10:15 AM EST. I'm on the do-not-call registry and I reported them. I urge you to report them if you are on the do-not-call registry. https://www.donotcall.gov/
The more people who do, the more they will investigate into this person.

To me it seems like two things: someone has hacked a company and has gotten a hold of many phone numbers and....is a scam hoping to get a hold of a person who is trusting enough to give them some personal information so they can draw money from their accounts.

If this was someone allowed to contact you, they would identify themselves immediately. Just hang up if you get a call again and do not give them ANY information.

Received a call from this number... didn't answer, they didn't leave a message.  I'm also on the DO NOT CALL registry.

This number called me this morning. Reading everyones posts, it seems to me it is a computer calling  all these numbers and when you press 1 you are forwarded to a live person.  I have been getting some Wierd calls from different people not identifying themselves, not leaving messages, selling something or claiming that I owe them something. If you get these calls, protect yourself by checking your credit report, which will tell you if you owe money and those are the only people who should be calling to collect money.

Just got a call from this number. I missed the call. They never left a message. Annoying!

I received a call from 410-255-9578 on my cell phone, and I made the mistake of answering it. I got a recorded message that started out "This is Heather from Account Services".  She did not state the name of the company.  She said to press 1 to lower my interest rate.  I'm on both the Federal do not call list and the State of Florida do not call list, so I should not be getting these kinds of calls.

9:48 AM, EDT. Called my cellphone. Didn't leave a message. I'm on the Do Not Call list as well. I don't even have a credit card so based on other people's experiences, I'm pretty convinced it's a scam.

Called at 09:34 EST (7/12/13), didn't pick up, no message. I'm not on the do-not-call list. About 5 people have my # and the voicemail message is just the sprint default. Called back thinking it might be my troubled friend, got a busy signal.

got the call from 410-255-9578 at 9:40 AM eastern. Didn't answer. No message.

I received a call from 410 255-9578 at 8:43 am, today 7/12/13, which I thought was odd.  When I answered the call it was a recorded message about lowering my credit to 6.9%.   They did not mention the name of the credit card.  I called back and the line was busy.  I suspect this was a prank call, or a scam.

Sent at 9:30 AM no one on line.

Called 5:30 a.m. Pacific Time. Phone rang once, then hung up.

This number 410-255-9578 called at 0928/7/12/2013. Didn't leave a message? - Got a busy signal when I call them back - ???????? Scam.

Just got the call. Lucky we have caller ID. Switched on my machine with a pre-recorded message: :we are not familar with this area code, if you are a Tele Marketer, please get a life ! Otherwise leave your name & what you wish to Sell or Pawn someone will call you back instantly. Our business receives so many Robo calls unsolicited its not funny. Hope our remedy helps you.

Called twice in 15 minutes.  "I'm Heather."  Tells you that it's urgent to address your credit card though "there is nothing wrong with your credit card."  Never detailed who they are representing.  I am on the do not call list, and have been for years.

Called @ 4:57 am AKST - woke me up, no voicemail left !

Got call at 6:30 Am--which is illegal
... and rude. Reporting them to the FTC.  Tried to call back and get busy signal.

Got call @ 8:50am.  First is a voice message from a woman telling you she can lower your interest rate.  Doesn't state which card company she is from.  Press 1 to be connected to live rep.  Rep answers and starts giving you a load of BS about how they can lower rates.  WILL NOT ANSWER WHICH CARD HE IS CALLING FROM.

Called at 7:35AM - did not leave message. Also on the don't call list.
