Got a call from this number (1-410-266-1280) today.  I didn't not answer since it is not in my contact.  No contact=No answer since I don't know them.  No msg left.  I guess I will ignore this number if call again.

Get 2-3 calls a day from this number. The one time I answered, I got heavy breathing for 2 seconds then caller hung up. Now I automatically decline call.

This caller called for the first time today.

I received a call from USI/AT&T wanting to schedule a meeting to review cloud computing requirement's. I asked the very nice telemarketer if he was an appointment setter, and the kept saying "no I am in AT&T business development sector." He states AT&T is better at Cloud Computing, security and offers SAS-70 monitoring, yet he could not even give me an explanation what SAS-70 was/is.  

Also cloud computing after he placed me on hold and verified with another agent is "you pay for the services you use." I'm not really sure how that relates to cloud computing/Disaster Recovery (which generally means your data is replicated accross many different sites).

I received a call from this number as well about an employment opportunity.   I believe they are an employee placement firm.
