I get calls from these people all the time.  They call me "Jeff" and even when I tell them I'm not Jeff the try to tell me they need to ship my prescription... a prescription which I don't actually have.  Tried explaining this calmly to them one day.. to no avail.  Tried asking for a company name or supervisor and reply was, "That's not how it works."  Filed complaint with National Do Not Call Registry, but the phone number changes.  Tried calling the number back and get a recording that it has been disconnected.
