This was from Angela Belker (xt. 143) from the firm Margolis Pritzker Epstein & Blatt PA in Towson, Maryland. No information given on message other than to call back.

I called and it's a collection agency, hell just put it on my credit report I will get to it one day dam. Don't the know we are in hard times right now.

THIS IS A LAW FIRM THAT HAS AN INTERNAL COLLECTION COMPANY THAT IS WORKING 3RD PARTY DEBT. THEY WORK CREDIT CARDS AND CAR LOANS FROM CHASE AND CITI. THEY HAVE A VERY POOR TRACK RECORD OF FOLLOWING THE FDCPA AND SOL DATES IN THE STATES THEY COLLECT IN.
THEY GO AFTER OLD DEBT THAT IS NO LONGER VALID BY EITHER STATE OF FED LAWS. THEY MAKE FALSE CLAIMS USING THE LAW FIRM NAME TO SCARE PEOPLE.
DONT BE AFRAID, READ THE FDCPA CURRENT AS OF 2006 AND USE YOUR RIGHTS. NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY, ANY DEBT UNDER $2000 IS NOT WORTH THE TIME, MONEY, AND TROUBLE TO SUE OR GARNISH.
