I was contacted by that "Investigtor" Mara...whattheF***ever the account is valid & I actully might have to pay these JERKS!!!! I don't want to just because of their attitudes I'll pay someone else for it I don't want thos people getting my money!!!! I will fight this. "Investigator" Marielli - claims I am a person of extreme interest in a "case" involving a family member. Gave a case # and 24 hours to return the call to the "department". Intimidation tactic.

A man name Mark called and said he was looking for a specific person and when i said i didnt know that person he said i was just lying and covering up for someone and that this was a matter involving the santa cruz police and left a case number for this person to reference. Intimidation and saying they are with a police dept takes this way to far.

I just received a voice mail from an Investigator Robert Greene, Jesus, the way he sounded I thought the cops were on the way to arrest me!  He called my sister too at her house and scared her too.  I am only working part time as I was laid off of my full time job, so yes, money has been an issue, but there tactics are CRAZY.

I told them they sound sexy when they talk all rough with me. I asked if they were into handcuffs... he said, yeah- if you go to the slammer-. I asked if he'd like to be cell mates. He got really upset and got even more rough. I was so ho**y I didn't know what to do so I started jerking off and said "are you a private investigator? I'll give you my private information if you show me your private information!" He hung up. I was about to cum. I guess he isn't gay.

Good News to anyone who, gets the call saying they want to talk to you about a stimulus check.I got this straight from the IRS website .It is listed as a scam .Report them Right away before they bilk some poor old person or other suspecting victim out of there confident information.

A Mr.Ford called my cell phone and left a message stating he needed to speak to me about a specific case and it was about my stimulus check .I suspected that he is not an agent of the IRS as he would leave you to believe by mentioning a stimulus check .It is a deceptive practice to try and get you to return there call so they can hit you up from some kind of debt you had in the past.And with them being this shady it is probably illegal.That is like impersonating a government official.Because this certainly has nothing to do with the IRS.And I don't owe the IRS any moneys.So makes me wonder if it is even a legitimate debt. My ex husband filed bankrupty 3 years ago.I bet it is one of his old debts and they are trying to stick me with it .

This same guy "Investigator" Ed Martinelli or something leaves a message on my answering machine to call: 888-214-7416. Says I will be getting a notice to appear in court about "two different cases". Says it will be tried at my local courthouse which he names. Tries to sound official and intimidating -- he's spoken to "his authorities" and if I don't contact him, I will be in some kind of vague trouble. He makes no specific accusations, but I'm guessing I'm on his list due to some 10+ year old "Zombie debt" accounts his company has purchased for pennies on the dollar. The same guy called me about 3 months ago on my cell phone using the number : 866-397-1612

"Inspector Whatshisname" never makes any specific allegations, but his tone implies that criminal charges are being filed as opposed to a civil lawsuit.

The first time this guy called I knew it was a scam, but he's so vague and intimidating I did some research and found this website. This is a fantastic service . Someone should really do something about these predatory practices, and this database could really help. I don't expect much will change, though, as long as congress allows the CC companies to write legislation such as the (2005)bankruptcy bill. ( Hey, "working class hero" Biden -- I'm talking to you! And the Democrats are supposed to be on our side...we are so screwed)

This company must be breaking some laws. They will not tell you who they are working for. When I asked the "investigator" Ed Marinelly said the group of lawyers who is going to take you to court for Theft of Godds and Services with malicous intent which will give you one yeatr in prison and a fine of $1000. He told me I had a Visa and to check my credit I did so and nothing showed on my credit report.

FORD left me a message stating that was a out of court settlement company case B125-172. when i call the phone number he left 1888-214-7416  i got a voice messsage say WORLDWIDE CONSUMER SEARCH. IT DID NOT MADE SENSE !!!  ONE THEY USED MY EX NAME AND NOT MINE like i was in major trouble !!! why we can not stop the nonsense!!  no idea how they can get away with this stupid prank where some of us falls for it specially elderly ...
