Normally these are hang up calls, but I actually spoke to one today.

Wanted to update our address so that we could continue to get our free journal subscription. She already had all the information, and it was correct.

410-317-2028 calls repeatedly, sometimes 3 or more times per day.
When called, automated message plays:
"Thank you for calling our subscription processing center...one of your journals is up for renewal..."

something along the lines of
press 1 if you wish to renew
press 2 if you do not wish to renew

"If you would like be placed on our "do not call" list, please press '8'"

As if.

Have pressed '8' at least 5 times in the last several weeks, and the calls keep coming.

Number has called at least 20 times over past several weeks including 2 times 4-19-13 and once already today (4-20-13).  I won't answer a call if I don't recognize the number and they haven't left a message yet.

Mulitple calls from this number...caller i.d. says Pasadena, MD.  When I call the number back all I get is a busy signal.
