Calls repeatedly.  Claims to be "The Fraternal Order of Police" -- I can find nothing on their website to validate that this caller has anything whatsoever to do with them...  No links to fundraising drives, no information on how to donate, no charity information whatsoever  -- so I would suspect scam on this number.
