Stop calling my number!

Received multiple calls coming in two or three times a day.  Waited and talked to representative.  Said his name was Phil.  He said the company was "Senior Emergency" and they were located in Orlando Fl.  I told him I had asked that my number be removed and I had no choice but to report it to the Maryland AG's office.  He wished me a good day and hung up.

This number calls all the time... Feeling thankful no spam calls for a while and then today they call again.   I picked up to tell they a thing or two in order the get them to stop calling... No one says anything, typical.   Amazing how our social allows this continued abuse.   Phone numbers should be private.  When and how did they allow it to get this bad.  I guess this is the evil that some says is trying to take hold of the world.

every day these fools call. no message but we know what they want. hard to believe they can't be dealt with..

Caller requested to person who handles the electric bills.

This is a scam company trying to get you to give them your info.
After calling the FTC, we were able to prove it's a scam.
Call and tell them what I did. They made threats to my life.
Funny the calls stopped within 3 days.
Don't tell them anything --Call the FTC and the police 911,
Tell them caller made life threats and they will call them and calls to your phone will stop.
Yes I did this and no more calls .

Please folks, don't pick up on these kinds of calls, once you pick up it tells them this is a working number, and if you call them back, the same thing happens.  Pressing anything to get you off their list only confirms that yours is a working number.  Please resist the temptation to ever pick up.  Eventually the call from these kinds of scams will stop, it won't stop other call of this nature, but eventually these will go away too.  I am down to two presistant callers after having about 25

Called today - unknown name on the caller ID and no message...scam.

Yes. I tried calling it back and got a recording indicating it was a "RingCentral number that has not been set up" (followed by a sales pitch on how to get my own RingCentral number). The posts about senior citizen health insurance or a Life Alert-type service makes sense; I recently got Alert1, a Life Alert-type service that is MUCH cheaper and just as responsive in a crisis (at least in my experience), and now get at least one call/email a week offering me other senior products (I suspect data mining because I did a lot of online research beforehand).

Same as before -- call for senior citizen health monitor in the home at my business.  Left it play and pushed option "5" to be removed from their list.  We have gotten 6 calls from this number in the past month.

I have always requested to be on the do not call list.  However, some calls just keep coming.  Call shows as Out of Area and there is no message.  Annoying.

Is this a scam number

Picked up the phone -- nobody on the other end.  The national DNC really does a 'good' job.  I hope that these scammers all get fleas in their armpits and head lice.

Scammer for home alert for seniors.  Refuses to put on do not call list.  Probably a scammed number.  Doesn't pick up when you call the number back.

This is the first time I have heard anything about this scam - do you have any details of how this works? Seems to me they would need your SS#, account #, phone passwords - at least the companies I deal with require you to set up a phone password and other ID info so they can verify who you really are when you call. Mine even verify who you are when you are switched to a different department within the same company.  If this is a new scam I want to call a couple of companies and ask them about this since I have had some business with their
scam or fraud department in the past and know how they operate, know some of the workers there.  Hope you see this and respond.  Thanks.

Called today - ID: unknown - listened to half of my answering machine message & hung up.  They have called several times but never leave a message and I never answer. :)  

I have a message on my machine telling the caller that unless I recognize their name and/or number I never answer, all calls are screened, leave a message - they never do.

I never get upset anymore, just set and laugh at them knowing that they are working their butts off trying to scam me and I'm setting here looking at the phone with Caller ID showing who/what is calling as I work on the computer, watch TV, eat a meal, etc.
You all should try it.  I do not list my number with the DNC list, it just gives them your
phone number, especially your cell number and I never give it to any business either.
If you only have a cell, you have the choice of telling businesses no when they ask for a phone number or giving it to them.  Just remember, every business shares the
information they collect with their 'partners' and tell you that they only share with their
partners but the partners can do whatever they wish with the information - they didn't promise you anything.

CALLS CAME AT EVENING HOURS..I DO NOT PICK UP..THEN I CALL ITS UNAVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.....SCAM...

Beware, new scam "Snatching and storing your voice. New technology will make us of voice recongnition, the scammers are captureing voices to steal your id.

This # is very annoying.  I think they are using another #also.

Called twice and hung up

Saw on caller I'd they called but when the recorder answered they did not leave a message. I called them and got a recording saying it is not a working number. I would love to be here to answer and sound interested and just play them on. I may tell the caller that they are working for a scumbag company and they need to find a real job doing somthing useful.

Calls again and again.

Company name is Senior Emergency Care, the rep I spoke to was named Brian.  I have been on the DNC registry since April 2005, reported the call to https://complaints.donotcall.gov

I get these calls frequently. They call my office and hang up and then call my house and hang up right in a row. I have a home office so I see they are right in a row. I tried to call back and it said the number is not in service 2 seconds after it called me.

Got another call, Filed complaints.

This number has called my cell phone two times within a weeks timeframe. No one speaks when I answer.
