Received call from phone number 410-686-4614, no message was left and when I tried to call back the number was busy.

Received a call 10:01 AM central time, did not answer, no message was left on my voice mail. I am also on "do not call" list. I use a Verizon cell phone. I did not call back.

I got this on a cell phone that I only use for traveling is annoying. Spam!  The do not call registry does not work.

I got the same call but I didn't answered. They called at 8am, suck. Now they are blocked. I wont hear from it anymore.

I received this call to around 1015am. Caller ID states its Bassett Home  Furniture. When calling the # back no one ever answers or the line is busy.

No message, busy signal when I called back.
This all makes sense if it's an automated telemarketing angle.

Calling but not leaving messages. SCAM for credit card rate. Line always busy if you return the call.

I received the call as well and got a busy singnal when I call back...smell's like a scam to me.

I just received a call from this number (410-686-4614) but did not answer it. When I called it right back from my work phone it just rang and rang till the phone call timed out -- grrrr

Received Call at 10:20am 9/30.. No Message, Did not anwswer or Call Back...

THIS NUMBER JUST CALLED MY CELL AT 11:31AM 9/30/13 BUT DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.  I'VE HAD MY CELL # FOR 13 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A TELEMARKETER CALL IT ONCE SO HOPEFULLY IT DOESN'T START NOW.......

Called me too.  Did not answer.  Then got busy signal when I called them back.

Could it be that the NSA is now selling telephone numbers to telemarketers?
Or perhaps someone at Verizon is making a little extra income. Or a company we have ordered from. When a telemarketer calls my cell phone, he/she is stealing minutes. I wonder if the cell phone numbers of all those cell phones Obama gave to drug dealers can be so easily bought.

Called and didn't leave a message. This is a telemarketer violating the do not call list. The caller ID is a spoof, not the real number.

Credit Card scam, trying to harvest your CC account information information by promising lower rate.

Received call at 9:57 am EST, no voicemail left just missed call. The number was busy when I tried to call back.

Recieved a call at 10 am EST, left no message, tried to call back and only a busy signal.

Received this call too. I pressed 1 to get more info and was told it was for Bank of America, Capital One and Chase Bank.  I said well those are 3 different banks which one is it and then they hung up on me.

I had the same exact issue as Steve did. An automated system left the same message on my voice mail.  I just deleted it and never called back.

Received a call on my work phone this morning - caller i.d.showed 410-686-4614.  Did not leave message.

Received a call this morning from this number asking me to press 1 to speak to a live operator about lowering my credit card interest rates, or press 2 to discontinue notices.  I did not opt in to anything of this sort, so this is clearly in violation of the do-not-call registry that I'm on.

The call was my "final notice", which is funny because I never received a call about a first notice.  The sense of urgency is fake, just to lure in people who think they have credit card problems.
