Claims taking a survey on mental health in the community in the needs being met. Suspect "phisihng" expedition by preying on similarities in one's life... car, insurance or health care... to use information otherwise would not have known or would not have access to without proper authority. Probably corrupt attorney or investigators who trap people.

Called to do a Maryland Health Survey. Tobacco Usage. Definately a phishing expedition. Said it was a national survey - but a local md. number on caller i.d. PISSED that I fell for it!!!!!!!!

called to get oldest person in house hold to answer survey questions. INSISTED I get him on the phone at a later time. I told her not to call back. Has continued to call several times a day, several times a week for 3-4 weeks. I don't answer phone, but am fed up!

Calls every night at 625-630 and never says a word. Caller the other day actually spoke; was a woman and wanted the oldest person in the household. We told them to stop calling. Did a star 67 to get number

Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene called Saturday at 6:30 pm to do a survey.I did not do the survey. I have been getting several call from them the past 30 days or so. When they call they never leave a message.This time I said do not call me again. My number is unlisted/non published also.

Received a call from this phone number at 8:51 PM on a sunday night! Identified himself as 'Eli' from Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene taking a survey. I fussed about the time and hung up.

Received over 10 calls from 12/1/08 to 12/20/08. I asked them on every occasion not call again. They continue to call about a survey.
