I just got a hangup on my answering machie from this place.  I tried *69ing, but the request couldn't be completed.

I received a call from this number at my sister's house where a man stating he was a lawyer told my sisters husband that it was a business call when asked why he was calling the man hung up.

Unscrupulous debt collector, although they will tell you that they are a law office.  They are known for their fraudulent actions against consumers, fraudulent threats, and harassment.  Occasionally send out mass mailings that appear to be court or legal documents, but are completely fraudulent.
There is a class action lawsuit against them in Pennsylvania.
If they harass you, keep a detailed record of ALL their calls and messages, then sue them and report them to the Federal Trade Commission where they already have quite a thick file.

I got sick and tired of this collection company calling my home and leaving messages to call them.  Instead of calling them back, I called a local attorney.  My attorney explained my rights to me.  She told me that in my state, the statute of limitations is only four years on an oral contract and five years on a written contract.  In other words, if the debt they are trying to collect from you is past the statue of limitations for your state, they cannot collect it from you.

Old debt = uncollectable

Yes, it's an attorney's office. They are also debt collectors. Tried to talk to them but they are extremely rude and obnoxious. They are not willing to listen or work on a solution.  Leave very threatening messages

They say first name. But I can't regconize first name? I think this is scam.

Got a call from this number and when I called back they said it was a lawyer's office - the number registered on my ID as a doctor's office.  Very obnoxious with me and I told them not to be smart on the phone with me.

Caller very obnoxious. Has a threatning tone, I think he should be fired or worse!!!.

A voice mail from someone at "Bronson & Migliaccio". search shows that it's a collector. We don't have any debt. Is it scam?
