this # called me on my cell phone.  who is this?  i didn't call back so i don't know if it's a working # or not.

Seriously this number calls my phone at lease twice a day....It's so annoying and i have answered a few times and nobody says anything...Do these losers have absolutely nothing better to do with their time???

This number appeared on my cell phone. I DO NOT & WILL NOT answer any call from a caller unknown to me (especially on my cell). Why should I pay & rack up minutes for a stranger who most likely is trying to sell something I did not ask for anyway? I have everyone I know listed in my contacts..if your not there I will not answer. Anyone who may be able to help me identify this number will be forever appreciated. All I have been able to uncover so far is that the number is from the state of MD. I know no one from the state of Maryland. NUMBER WHICH APPEARED; 410-774-8274 (Followed by TWO "blocked-unknown" numbers. Thank you so much.

Below is a copy of an email sent to the Arizona Attorney Generals office several minutes ago. Perhaps you can contact these people and tell them I'm pursueing every legal avenue to me.

Sir:
I'm having a problem with DIRECTV or one of it's subsidiaries. For the past 5 weekday nights I receive a phone call from 410-774-8549 between 8:00 p.m and 8:30 p.m. MST. Every time I've answered the phone no one answers back and finally the phone line goes dead. I used an internet reverse trace sight and they say the number belongs to DIRECTV in Maryland. I have contacted DIRECTV twice about the calls and they say it's not theirs.

My question is how do I stop it. I have a very ill wife and it's extremely distressing for her when she's already asleep. Also, it's really getting on my nerves.

Had a call from 410-774-8274 on my home phone and oddly, the landline is and has been forwarded to a cell, but still rang 5-6 times at home.  Afterwards, I rechecked and my number was still forwarded.  Who could possibly have the ability to bypass my forwarding feature...and Why?

got a call from this number. 1-410-774-8274 answered it. they hung up. stupid telemarketers.

just got a call from 410-774-8274 and did not answer it as I did not recognize it. Then I called the number back and it says that the number is temporarily out of service. How did they get my number? someone needs to look into it

Does anyone know how the bleeping telemarketer got our #'s in the first place??  I am signed up on the DO-NOT-CALL registry for my landline & cell phone.  I wish they would stop calling me. I have put in a few complaints to the FTC about it.  Here some info I found.

Got a call from them too... I didn't answer either but I was too chicken to call back.  I looked it up on reverse phone and it's some landline in Maryland...

Got a phone call from this number on 3/18/08 at 4:46pm Central Time. I didn't answer it since I didn't recognize the number. I was wondering who it was so I called it back and a machine said this number is not in service. ???? WTF!? Damn telemarketers!!
