So he's a fake. I found a house being rented in West Covina and have been emailing him. His name is Harry M Chamberlain and the wife's name is Rashan Balil. And said the exact same tHing that you have said about the security deposit. Is he real or fake?

Tries to be a Christian Family man that wants to rent his home in Long Beach (2809 Chestnut Avenue). Wanted me to wire the "secure refundable deposit" to his wife name " Rashana Bilal " at 3140 N Charles St Baltimore, MD 21218. Said once I did that to call his phone (410-824-4257) with the confirmation number. Right, I'm no dummy. Can't trust someone on the internet that says he comes from a Christian family and reassures me with his words, who is a complete stranger. I asked for family member/friends name, company that may know him to give me peace of mind.
Googled his wifes name and a facebook profile came up with this and says from Baltimore, MA.

This person has taken the identity of Henry Buckspan, who is deceased. He is advertising 5303 Asteria st, in Torrance ca, as a rental property. This property does not belong to him. It was sold two months ago to an investment company in california.
Do not send him any money!!!!
