These are CROOKS who try and tell you they can reduce your credit card interest rates! Ask them what credit cards you have and they say we do them all. They have called me over 25 times and I have talked to people who hang up on you or will cuss at you then hang up. The DNC list is a waste of time, I have filed complaints about lots of these types of calls and nothing gets done. I wish I had that bogus GOVERNMENT JOB, making lots of money and doing NOTHING. God Bless America........once upon a time !

Received a call from 410-844-5603, caller ID said "Member Services". The only reason I answered was because it was a local call and I presumed it to be an entity with whom I had done business.
Instead it was some crackpot organization to help me "relieve my electric bill debt".
I pushed the buttons to speak to a representative, told her in no uncertain terms that my number was on the DNC list and she was to remove it immediately. She verified my number, said it would be removed with 24-48 hours.
I thanked her, hung up and immediately filed a complaint on the DNC website against this company.
