Bamas called me. I didn't answer. After reading some of the posts, I'm glad I didn't. I just canceled comcast a few days ago. Thay should've been more concerned about me before I left.

Im the same way. I had Comcast less than a month and they sent me a bill for $267.98. So I called to pay it and they said my bill is $498.65. Im like WTF. Im going back to Directv

Called a couple days ago and didn't leave a message. Called again within an hour. I called them back; they're a third-party company doing surveys on Comcast customers who've recently had service visits. I had a tech out last weekend but I didn't want to speak to anyone about it. They have not called since.
