Interesting.... I am not a Medicare advantage plan member and received this call. So, how do you justify calling me?  Not even close to the age of Medicare.  So it appears to be random telemarketing.  I disagree, member costs will never go down.

I work for Inovalon. We contact many members who have Medicare advantage plans. We make sure people are getting regular check ups & are aware of what is going on with their bodies. Preventative care. This will keep health care costs down & in turn lower benefits eventually.

They do reviews for Blue Cross Blue Shield on doctors so verify services.

They are contract nurses/call center that contracts out to many insurance companies to do outreach to clients.  Nurse I talked to was very nice

Yeah caller id said Inovalon phone number is for MedAssurant when I looked up MedAssurant it said they were changing their name to Inovalon. They left message they were calling on behalf of Blue Cross/Blue Shield. I can't imagine why. I won't be returning their call.

Did not answer but my caller ID says call is from .. Inovalon .. who ever that is!

googled the number and came up with 2 different businesses. Go figure.

And caller stated "I'm calling on behalf of...." which always preceeds the "...we need information" request.
Strongly suspect a phishing expedition.

Got a phone call from this number but the person told me she was calling from 855 824 7575 but this is not a correct number.  She said this was from my insurance company, Aetna, and were checkiing to see about my health.  Said the company was Novalon.  Never heard of it and it is connected somehow to Diabeties Supplies that is also a scam to get personal information.  Don't answr these calls.

The first time they left a message about blue cross blue shield but a number I was not familiar with. I called the company and they work with BCBS but it is another company that wants your personal health information. I told her I did not want them to call me that I had a right to privacy and said they would send a message and put it on my file for them not to contact me again. 2 days later they called but did not leave a message.

The left a message asking me call back at a different number and said they were with blue cross, blue sheild
