Got a call at 7:30 on Friday. Let left a message saying they were Anthem and gave me a different number to call back. Said their office hours Mon-Fri 8:30 - 7:00 even though they called me after 7. Dont plan on calling them back.

They called again today. The phone call started out as the last time. An unexperienced caller reads the manual, tries to mislead me as she is calling from a healthcare organization and need my personal info. to assist me. Upon request, she revealed herself as Inovalon, a data technology company.

The caller claimed to be Anthem Blue Cross calling to verify my information such as name and address which they already had, birth year, and doctor info. When I asked for a call back no., she left 1-800-530-5792. I hung up and called both of these numbers and they did not work. I called Anthem and they verified these numbers are not associated with them.

I only got a beep.  I hung up and they called back two more times.  Annoying!

I answered & they said they are from my insurance carrier, Anthem. I was getting my hair done so said it was bad timing, could they call me back, but they didn't. I wanted to know what was happening with my insurance. I think it's a telemarketer, no idea why they called, so I blocked them.

Triple S/Blue Shield - Caller left message instructing me to call a Triple S number, and advise them the call is in regard to a "letter" I received from them. No such letter received recently, no reference as to date or subject given. Highly SUSPICIOUS!

It's Verizon, one of those stupid computers dials your number and then if all of the reps are busy, there is no one to talk to you.  My philosophy is, if they want to talk to me, they can pick up the danged phone and CALL me!!!  I hang up on machines that call me.

Called and left no message. Must be ROBO call. B*****ds......

It deals with some type of insurance. They called me in error looking for someone else lol
