very annoying people ,very rude and does not follow thru with their collections from the appropriate people and harass ,they call at least 4-6 times daily they obviously get their income from the amount of phone calls

Does anyone know to which company this number belongs they keep calling but never leave a message.

These people call me several times a day everyday. They say that I need to pay back a loan I supposedly recieved. Needless to say I didn't ask for nor did I get a loan of any type. I've asked them to quit calling my number & stop harassing me. They are always very rude and never tell me who they are. Does anyone know who they are?

They called me three times today.  I put the number in google to see what company it was for and found this site.

Today was the 3rd time these called me asking for a Paul P.  I am not Paul nor do I know the man they are speaking about.  The woman by the name of "Pam" was very rude and would not give me any information, yet asked for my information.  I called back and spoke with "Jenika" (sounded just like Pam) and asked to know what company this was.  She stated it was IC Systems and they acquire, maintain, and develop business relations.  In other words they track down, harrass, until someone pays for what ever collections they are after.  Don't entertain their calls and don't give out any information, including don't confirm that they called the right number even if you are not the person they are asking for.  NEVER GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION FROM AN UNSOLICITATED SOURCE.  SECURITY..SECURITY..SECURITY.

IC systems is Headquartered in St. Paul Minnesota.  The area code 410 is from Maryland.  They are a debt collection company.  The President and CEO is Ken Rapp.  Bill DeBacker is the VP of Communications.  The Headquarters address is 444 Highway 96 E St. Paul, MN 55127.  They strive to be the "model of integrity in the industry" with "leading services and results"  I'm writing a letter directed to the two names above and calling as well.  The two that I spoke with were extremely rude.  I find it appauling that a company that claims to be the leader in debt collections with "integrity" has individuals working for them that are inconsiderate, rude, and obviously unitelligent since they have called the same number 3 times and don't seem to get it that they have the wrong number.  I suggest everyone call and write and let them know that this is uncalled for behavior.

They called my mothers house and asked for my brother.  My brother hasn't lived there in 15 years.  He said he was "Chris". He pretended to be a 'friend' of my brothers.  Very slick.  Then asked my mom if he could have my brothers telephone number!  My mom said, "if you were his friend, he'd keep in touch"  then she hung up.  My mom was pretty cranky that day!

I got a call today from this number for my husband.  They wouldn't give me any info and they hung up.  I found the 800 number on here, so I called it, told them I paid the bills and wanted to know what it was for.  Turns out it was for my husband's DAD (my hubby is a Jr.).  They very nicely took our number off of the list and let me know that it would take 24 hours for the system to update, so if they called again, to just let them know this information.

calls everyday right after school. i picked up onnce and they asked for someone who i dont know. i told them they had the wrong number and they just kept asking for the person and wouldnt leave me alone! does anyone know how to stop the caller?

Called my number asking for the person who had my telephone number previously (at least 3 years ago). I explained that person does not live here and that the number has been my number for at 3 years and asked that they remove this number from that person's account so that I will not receive further calls from them. Hopefully they will follow through and I will not get further calls from them.

My business gets 10-50 solicitation calls a day. I did some research on this one.  The name of the business is IC System. They are a collection agency.

They have a few 800 numbers listed and one is 800-279-3511.  I did not inquire on how to get my number removed since we have hundreds of numbers.

Same here. Calls several times a day and has never left a message. My husband answered this last one & told them I no longer live here. We'll see if that puts an end to this harrassment.

This number came up on my caller id as one of several who call trying to locate the previous owner of my telephone number. I followed the advvice listed on one of the postings below to dial the 1800 279 3511 and politely explained that I think they were trying reach someone else-she put me through to another person who removed me from the calling list.

They were very nice and apologized.

Have recd calls from this no and they operator just says she is not able to connect and hangs up. Its getting irritating now. Can anyone tell  me how to report this no?

calls my number often leaves no message, when I called back and asked why called, said someone must have given this as their home phone #, when I said what does ICS stand for , is it a cllection agency or what, they said something like that, asked me when they last called I said 8:18 a.m. today, said she checked the logs and cant find anything so # must have been removed SO DO WE BELIEVE IT OR NOT??
