It appears that 410-968-7956 is a collection company, but it also appears that they use a number of 410-968-7971 which shows on the caller ID of Leukemiasociety.
This is caller ID spoofing which is now Illegal.

They will call you until your phone blows up. I recieve about 10 calls a day from them. They are a collection agency. I do owe debt and have tried to set up payment arrangements with them, and they denie. Horrible company to deal with

Have received 3 calls from them today on both phone and cell. Not many people have both of my numbers, and only those I know have my home, it is a fairly new number. Have not answered, and they have left no messages. Home ID says IC systems.
