Caller ID said it's from Ellicott City, MD

3 calls over the past couple days.  Rings, and no one on other end.

They call me every day, but never leave a message.

I called after blocking my # and got an electronic message in which they represented themselves to be "Nonprofit calling center" and they  handle calling on behalf of numerous police-oriented charitable orgs, then the msg states we are sorry we have been having trouble with our phones in our past attempts to reach you, then launch into a sales pitch!  I am going to block them, I believe they are a scam, because the police have their own organizations, and they are as you all know based locally and would not have a generic name like that make their calls.  But the sheer gall of them still launching into that routine is suspicious that they are marketing for someone else and falsifying an association with any genuine police department.  I plan on calling my police department and asking them about this number, and I already know what they're going to say, but until we all start doing this, the police will not know that there is someone out there defrauding people into believing they are helping their local police when it is not at all true - and further, it will allow them to pursue the appropriate channels to shut this number down.

Calls everyday, never answer, no message

a gentleman saying he was from "Maryland Law enforcement." Explained that they use money to take kids in a safety patrol program to orioles games.  he gave me a url that did not work.

I receive calls from this number frequently, but there's never anyone there

I got a hangup.the time.

Got two calls from this number today... always hang-ups...Grrrrrr

They literally call me every day while I'm at work and once I'm home, I see that they've left yet another hang-up on my answering machine.  It's just creepy now.
