florida debit card is stealing funds off people accounts,they removed many .50 off my account on10-30-13
15 times i never call that many times this card company is to be theives i have the unemployment office on the phone trying to get a manager to expose these b*****ds,i tryed contacting a manager at florida debit people are like children on the phone they conitue hanging me up,so im calling a agent who deal with bad credit card companies and the bbb to expose these little rats. remember im unemployed i have a lot of time  so solve trashy so called companies

I got a recorded CALL on my cell "name unavailable" and the number showed Custom 297. I didn't answer it, but the message left was "this message is from NetSpent? informing you that your prepaid Mastercard is locked for security reasons. To unlock it please press 1 now."  I don't even have a prepaid Mastercard. It's sickening what people will do for money. They'll get theirs one day!

I just got one from 410-000-001 that said

That was it. I never have used H&R Block. I assume it's a fake.

same thing here. So. Florida number, don't live there any longer. But the phone number that called me was from South Carolina (Charleston), with the BankAtlantic scam.

I keep getting a similar txt.  (9172596232) B A N K - A T L A N T I C XPHE alert 143657.Please call (704)-271-2186. I know it is a scam. So far from unknown number and the "callback" number has changed several times. I'm wondering if it's targeting specific area codes. My phone has an area code from S. Florida, & I haven't lived there in 3 years. So far, the only ppl I know to get similar txts have S. Fla area codes. Any ideas? Or is it more widespread. I plan on calling my provider and state AG.

Got a text about Eppicard Florida being locked need to call 412-258-6038. I don't even have this card. Got to be a scam.Also have a message about a master card being locked and need to call717-724-4523. I have never had a mastercard either. These messages have come from phone number 702-943-0129.

Got A Text Message  From 412 258 6038
Claiming to be from Verizon Wireless. This is a  Fishing 'SCAM' because I don't have Verizon wireless.

Verizon  Wireless Go to http://nycsl.org/ Vtext and update your log in information to continue using our service.

So I logged in and left them some dirty words. Stupid scammers...

I Got the same as above.  I do not have a Eppicard!  I am going to report this.

Received two different texts, one from bank of america and one from h&r block about c cards locked and both have same number. Scam central!

Keep getting calls/text from this number........every few mins.  They are calling on my work cell, and I would have to pay for the calls if I answer them.  It is getting to be annoying it is Sunday my day off work and they just keep on and on and on.

My husband and I both received a text saying, "Eppicard Florida Alert!!! Prepaid debit card locked. Please call us at 4122586038."  When you call it ask for you to put in your 16 digit card number to unlock it.

I got the same BS message regarding the Eppicard 3 times in the last 24hours.

second MMS message from the same number.  "Eppicard Florida Alert!!! Prepaid debit card locked.  Please call us at **********"

Same as everyone else here (but I did not answer or call back) Here are more of the same. I just started getting these in the last 3 days. I deliberately entered as it was on message, small typos like no space after a period.

2) "EPPIcard Florida Prepaid Master Card is locked. Call  716-541-0164 to unlock."

3) "Eppicard Florida Alert! Prepaid debit card locked. Please call us at 412-258-6038"

4) "HR-Block-Message. Your Emerald Card is Locked. Call 713-955-0139 to unlock it."

5) "EPPICard Florida- Message.EPPICard is locked . Call 713-955-0139 to unlock it

Contact the Office of Attorney General for your state, the Economic Crime Unit. They should be able to handle this matter and/or assist you....

I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES ON MY CELL PHONE SAYING MY EPPICARD FLORIDA IS LOCKED......SAYS TO CALL THIS NUMBER TO UNLOCK IT 1-7165410164 THEN TELLS ME TO PUSH 1 TO UNLOCK CARD THEN SAYS TO PUT YOUR 16 DIGIT CARD # IN TO UNLOCK...........THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!

I forwarded it to the fraud investigations in the fbi bureau.....

Report it to your local police and FBI.  They are an identity theft ring.

Two messages both of the format: "<insert random bank name> debit card locked! Please call us at 412-258-6038"
