I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me. They also call at the worst times -seriously -when I'm at work? And to my cell phone? I generally do not pick up -i did just now -and they hung up on me!

It's a CMU number but are you sure it's for donations? They never leave a message and there's no answer when I call back.

Imagine buying a new $30,000 GM automobile every year for four years. Then, after buying your fourth car, you get a call from General Motors asking you to donate money to their company.  You would probably laugh and hang up on them.

That's how I feel each time my college calls mooching for a donation.

I am not positive, but I think this is my college having students call and ask me (an alumni) for donations.  Which they seem to do about every 3 months.
