Yeah, I know Damian Muziani, the owner of Outreach Calling Inc, but that address in Reno is just a virtual office. His real office is located in New Jersey. He is just running a front company for Community Support Inc based in WI and run by the first one on that list, Tom Berkenbush. But Damian Muziani is a failed actor. Yeah he got himself on the TV Show Average Joe and once he was even on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. He was horrible on both. Look him up on google and you can see both shows with him on it. But Damian Muziani use to run a company called Data Communications Inc doing the same thing, scamming little old ladies on fixed incomes out of their money for all sorts of fake charities.
Well I say Fake Charities, actually they are real charities but Damian Muziani keeps just about all the money. Last I knew he even drives a black Infiniti car and lives in a 2200 a month house in New Jersey. I can only assume that he changed the company name because he generated so much bad press and just like any scammer needed a fresh start. Damian Muzani's new gaggle of fake charities are groups where he gets to keep 90% of the money his minimum wage employees get and that is how he pays for that fancy car and nice house.
You know, back in the old days if someone was going to rob you, at least they had the balls to do it to your face, Damian Muziani and Outreach Calling Inc just hires high school kids that don't know any better to reach though the telephone and pick my pocket. I made the mistake of making a donation to this pack of thieves once and from then on I got dozens of calls a week. When I found out it was Damian Muziani's company I was livid because I knew this guy. I never told him that I knew his conmen did it, I just distanced myself from him. I mean who wants to be friends with someone that would do that to you. I doubt he has any friends left at this point since he has probably done the same to all of them whether they knew it or not.
He did manage to get married though to a woman by the name of Adriana and they made some corney video about the wedding or something. Just google the name Damian Muziani and the word wedding and you can see how bad of an actor he is. I dont see how, after someone sees that video that they would seriously consider hiring this ham for an acting job.
A couple weeks ago I saw a firefighter in PA was injured trying to save two people from a burning building and the next thing you know the firefighters are putting out warnings that someone was calling into their town and trying to steal money using the good name of that hero firemen and all I could think of was Damian Muziani and Outreach calling. He has a contract for some fire group in PA so it is not a stretch to think that it was one of his lying fake acting, fake charity, fake human beings that made that call.
It takes all kinds to make a world, from the cream of the crop to the bottom of the barrel and there is no question on which end of the barrel that someone who makes their living on the suffering of others is on the very bottom of that barrel.
The sooner the Government sues him and puts him out of business the better. If anyone would like to know more about this guy just do searches on these key words and you will find pictures, videos all of his bad acting and much much more. Not the least of which is all the places that have written articles about his so called charity work.

Here are some of his so called charity clients. If any of these people call you, chances are that Damian Muziani is taking 90% of the money to pay for his fancy car and house. This list of groups reads like a whos who of the worst charities in the Country. Most if not all have had a huge number of warnings put out by the Attorney Generals around the country and you can find all those articles simply by searching in google on their names. Its not a secret.

Lets just all hope that someday, before he is sued or jailed he decides to stop taking advantage of people who are trying to do something good with their donations to charity. And if I ever meet someone like him again, I will be sure to turn and run as fast as I can away from him before my wallet is missing or at least the few bucks in it anyway.
And last but not least, Damian Muziani of Outreach Calling Inc, if you happen to read this, I got two words for you and you already know what they are but in keeping with your love of video I think Cee-lo Green said it best

My local fire company says not to donate to these guys!
"We have also received reports from our residents that telemarketers claiming to represent union firefighters or Pennsylvania firefighters are also calling Ross Township residents soliciting donations. Regardless of their reason for soliciting funds, none of the funds they solicit benefit Ross Township fire companies. Reports are that calls have come from the phone number:
(412) 307-3878
We recommend that you hang up on telemarketers that call you on the phone to solicit donations for firefighting related purposes."
Read their web page for yourself:

We just received a call from them, they are a telemarketing agency soliciting for the PA Professional FireFighters Association fundraising campaign. You can find out more information by going here: ppffa.org
Our local firefighters are not a part of their organization so you might want to check to see if your local fire company is listed before giving them anything.

NO THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH PA FIREFIGHTERS
This is just another scam just like when they call and say they are raising money for
PSP or your local Police Department.
DO NOT GIVE THEM A PENNY BECAUSE NO FUNDS GO TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT

This caller from 1-412-307-3878 is a scammer and one should NOT answer it. You never know who is on the other end. If the number is NOT familar DO NOT answer it plain and simple

They're at it again.
People / organizations soliciting money.
This call came from the Pittsburgh PA area.
That area code is NOT local to me.
Request $$$ from those in Washington DC who have all our dough!
Help your LOCAL firefighters 2012-06-28 01:51:41 Unknown
If you want to help firefighters, give to your LOCAL VOLUNTEER fire company. In this economy they are hurting and can't afford to hire professional telemarketers to canvas for donations. If you're getting Pirate tickets, keep in mind that that's money that ISN'T going to fight fires. It's going to pay ball player salaries.
Gary 2012-06-28 01:40:25 Unknown
Who needs your money more? The Pennsylvania Professional Fireman's Assn. (firemen paid by the city to do a job) or your local volunteer fire department (your neighbors who are working nights and weekends for FREE?)
Larry 2012-06-28 01:33:54 Unknown
If you want to help your community then call your LOCAL volunteer firefighters and offer THEM a donation. They're in your community and they NEED your support. Don't give money to some anonymous voice on the telephone.
Ivor 2012-06-28 01:31:18 Unknown
What does that tell you? I think that any telemarketer that won't identify themselves must be hiding some terrible secret. Maybe they're crooks? Maybe they're in some sweatshop and don't know ANYTHING about being a firefighter?
I've made it a policy never to donate to any "national" firefighting organization. I give DIRECTLY to my local volunteer firefighters, who are on call 24/7/365 to protect my family. I know those guys. I don't know some telemarketer who's never fought as much as a camp fire or even put out a match.
I give to the people who deserve to have my support. And those guys NEVER bother me with telemarketing. They have the courtesy to send me a letter when they need a donation.
I support LOCAL firefighters.

Receive calls at least once every day, perhaps more. Calls begin as early as 7:30 AM. Never anyone on the line. Now we don't even pickup when we ID that caller.

Annoying and constantly disturbing for no purpose. Must we be harassed by phone before the public strikes back?
Anonymous 2011-09-24 16:38:45 Unknown
Same thing happened to me. Same exact conversation. Kept asking for so and so, but wouldn't reveal who they were after I asked several times. So I just hung up on them. So I went looking online too.
seven 2011-09-24 16:25:06 Unknown
omg the same thing with me he is rude and refused to say who he was so i hung up he is so scary.

keep getting called from this number no response when i answer
Emily 2011-09-09 23:29:13 Unknown
It is the PA Fireman's Association, and it is legit - my husband donated to them last year (he's a sucker) and we DID receive tickets (I think to Sesame Street Live - which my Aunt very happily took my cousin to). But their tactics are AWFUL. I would much rather write a check to my local fire department, so I know where my money is going to.

THIS IS A SCAM.
Bear Rocks Mark 2011-08-10 16:26:09 Unknown
If you are a residential telephone customer call 800-917-6835 and use #9 to have your number removed. They say it can take 5 days. Also, you need to make sure your phone number is not blocked for caller id as they use the caller ID to remove your number. Hopefully in 5 days I will find out if it is true.

When asked to give a name and number, said her name was Valerie and then started to give a number but she disconnected the call before finishing the number. She would NOT say what the call was about.
havon 2011-07-23 14:58:51 Unknown
don't know this number refuse to answer.
Cellar Dweller 2011-07-19 22:23:34 Non-profit Organization
They call all the time and I've donated on several occasions and they do send you Pirate Tickets so they are not a scam as someone suggested. They do pick the worse times and do have some strange tactics but it's always been legit from this number and when stating it's for PA Firefighters.
The tickets are legit also because I've given them away every time and the folks who I gave them to never had any issues getting into the games as if they were fake etc. Of course the Pirates before this year weren't worth seeing thus the reason I gave them away... LOL

Called twice, asking for Geroge. Frist call, a woman, when asked what number she had called, gave a number she could not possible have mistaken dialed for us. Second call, a man, when told there was no one names George here, asked if he would discuss something with us. We hung up.
wobbie 2011-06-06 20:48:27 Unknown
Ignored the called as I was eating, but called it back. "Pennsylvania Firefighters Association". Asked my friend about them as he is a paid firefighter in my city. He had never heard of them. Want to donate to firefighters? Donate to your local volunteer company. They are the ones who usually need money for new equipment to help save lives.

Just got a call from this number. It was dead air.
Philadelphia 2011-06-06 20:48:27 Unknown
Must be a crazy person. They have called me a few times too...just static. I recognized the area code because I used to live in Pittsburgh so I answered it.
Mark 2011-06-06 20:48:27 Unknown
Called 2 nights in a row, would not respond when I said hello. Dead air on the other end and no one would say anything.
Kristi 2011-06-06 20:48:27 Unknown
I get constant calls from this number. Always dead air.
