They called me on my cell phone stating that they are an alternate electric provider (I think she said IDT Electric) I told them no thanks and the lady named Maria kept rambling on. I hung up, its the middle my work day. She calls me back and leaves a harrassing voicemail that I will be receiving a $15.00 penalty on my next Duquesne Light bill.

They also hung up on me and said "enjoy your extra charges!" Very rude- no wonder why nobody is buying what they are selling. They said they were transitioning me over from Duquesne Light to their company, even without my consent!

This is IDT Electric supply company and the guy was very rude. When I told him to take my number off his list he then told me to enjoy my extra charges and hung up!

I have threatened these people numerous times and they continue to call me. Does anyone know how I can take legal action at this point? I have told them I will report them if they continue to call me, and asked them to put me on their no call list.

Missed call from them at 11:45 this morning (Sept 4th). I suspect they are the same people who call from the -8632 exchange, which has been reported as calling to get to to switch your electric supplier. I have Duquesne Light and I suspect they are getting my phone number from them.
