I got a call form this number today at  my place of business .When I called back I was put on hold for 20 minutes.   lots of back ground noise like a call center  Phone: 412-346-1317

This number has been calling our phone looking our daughter. Keeps telling us to have her call regarding a civil complaint, but will not divulge any info. This is the 3rd call we receive. This is a scam !!!!!! 412-346-1317
Callers name was a Natalie Lewis

This is really odd.  My employer got a message for me on her personal home number from this number.  Gave her a reference number and phone number to call back.  First thing I asked is how did you get a number of apToday I called the number and got one lady then transfered to a guy.  He said it involves a civil matter and that the representative handling my case was not available.  He wanted to know if my work number was a good number to call me back on. I told him no number is a good number to call me on.  I told him I'll wait on hold for her to become available.  I've been on hold for 20 minutes now and she still hasn't picked up.  Not sure how to take this but my identity was stolen about 2 years ago and ever since then I've been getting these types of calls every now and then. But never had them call my employers home to get in contact with me.  Now it's 30 minutes on hold, still Natalie Lewis has not picked up the phone. 1 hour on hold then the guy comes back on to see if I'm still there.  Still no Natalie Lewis. Finally after 1 hour and 5 minutes this women gets on, out of breath stating she was Natalie Lewis.  Right away she said that there a civil lawsuit against me from a credit card company that was discharged back in '04.  She asked if I wanted to make a settlement now or take it to court.  I told her I will wait for court.  Then she said "good luck" and hung up the phone.  Totally scammers.  This is illegal on so many levels.  She can not contact anyone but me regarding any matter except for me and since the account was discharged, they can not collect on it.

I got a phone call today from some woman claiming to be from cmit group. She was trying to tell me that I owed some money from some company MTE or something like that - I never heard of them. They had my social number mixed up and my inlaws address not mine. She was trying to tell me I owed money for some loan. I said someone must have commited some fraud and used this info. I asked her to send me some proof - she said she could not. the ONLY thing she could do was send me an email and either I could make some sort of settlement or this was going to be put on the court calender...First of all, I don't pay people who make threats - if it is something i owe put it in writing and show me the proof!!!
