I have been getting the same calls. They have hung up on me repeatedly, however I have spoken to people on two occasions. They are VERY rude and they literally argue with me about offering me some discount! The people I spoke with said they were calling from IDT Energy. Which is a company that works with my local gas & electric co. and is contracted to offer discounted gas rates.

Long story short, I got their phone number off my bill and called to log a complaint about the harassing calls. They claimed that the company contracts with outside contractors to call customers on their behalf. The person I spoke with apologized and they placed me on their "do not call" list.

Same as everyone else.  It's weird because the calls are coming in on my cell phone.

Same as below, calls come in from this phone to mine but when I pick up no one responds.

Three times on 7/5/12  I have received calls.  No one responds.  When I call back, the number is out of service.  How can that be?  To what purpose are these calls made?  Caller 412352-0092.

I constantly get calls from this number. Sometimes 3 times a day and like everyone says, no one speaks. It's super annoying!

I have been receiving calls from 412 352 0092. No one answers. When I call back message says this number out of service. If it is out of service why am I receiving calls.

I, too, received several calls from this number yesterday, and no one says anything. I want them to remove my number from their calling list.

keeps calling my cell, when i answer no-one says anything. When I call back it says the phone is out of service, obviously it works, they keep calling me.
