These have been occurring regularly since Oct. 2012.  Most recent  call today @ 11:15 am EST.

According to Snopes, they are not legitimate.

My number is on the Do Not Call list.

Have repeatedly requested to be removed from their call list.
Calls continue @ rate of 1-3x a week.

senior medical advisory calling to steal money

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Same recorded message on both websites.  Report them to your Attorney General to stop them.

This could be a company with the real name of Elite Information Solutions licenced by from the Florida Dept. of Agriculture.  Elite Informaion Solutions address is 495 Semoran Blvd., Casselberry Fl.  The owner's name is Michael  Hilgar.  Please file a  complaint with the Florida Dept of Agriculture - 800-435-7352.  Please also file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission - 877-382-4357.  Inform them that this may be related to case #36077052

Just called me in NJ.  Theyhaven't  ceased their harassing calls.
I am also on the do not call list so annoying tried to search for the company online--no such company exists

I don't have caller ID, so don't know if this is the number I got the call from, but it was about an alert system for seniors recommended by "Senior Medical Advisory." Got two calls in one night and stayed on the line until I got a human. I EMPHATICALLY told him to take me off the call list. Next step is reporting to AG's office.

I get a phone call from this phone number every other day. My mom lives with us and she receives the same calls.  When I answer the phone it is a recording saying "Are you a senior citizen"  I just hang up.  We are both on the Do Not Call list and I have lodged 3 complaints against this company/phone number via the same DNC site but the calls continue.  I called our local phone company (Verizon) and they can't do anything. She referred me to the FTC and told me to lodge a complaint which I did and was told again, they can't do anything other than take the complaint.
I thought the DNC list was supposed to be strictly adhered to and if they kept calling they could be fined.  I would like to see some of that money. We are the ones inconvenienced by it.. Who gets that money?  Anyway, this company is very annoying.. They call every other day.

@Goldy What does the "Do not call list" have to do with President Obama... or any President for that matter? Oh, I remember, he is a non-American, socialist, Muslim, anti-capitalist phone solicitor.

Have no clue who is calling from this # 412-357-2608.... With all the crazy things going on it sets me on edge, I do not know anyone from thata area code.

Today is 7/31/2012 received call from 412-357-2608 no one said anything ,I just hung up after I said hello.

Caller ID said Monroeville, PA.  Message for senior citizens.  I hung up after I heard this so don' know what they are selling.  I am on Do Not Call List.

The DO-NOT-CALL list would work if only we had a government that defended the people's interest instead of being in the pockets to only corporate sleaze,  and if they chose to make an example out of those who do this.    If they made some examples and sent them to prison with million dollar fines it would end overnight.    Instead they abuse and monitor the email of private citizens for doing nothing.    As previously stated I just sent my Congressman an email on this

Why does the FCC and Federal Government no longer enforce the DO-NOT-CALL list for average Americans?   Why does it allow businesses to  abuse the rights of those who have opted to be placed on the do not call list?   Why are they not prosecuted?  

We regularly receive solicitation phone calls when we have opted out.   Tonight we received a call from 412-357-2608 that populated our caller ID as ADSPLUS.   It was a recorded message and I used the option to bring in an agent.  The agent identified herself as Adsplus from Massachusetts and then she said no it is Florida.   It was a solicitation for a device that we have never expressed an interest.  The spoofed calling number is a non-working number.

Why are these corporations permitted to call us when we've chosen to opt out,  and why should any business that has not had a direct and lasting business relationship be allowed to harass us with marketing phone calls?

Looks like the same people, just a different scam.

I've had this number call before.  No message, and I don't know who it is.  I'm betting telemarketer, so I added the number to my Comcast screening list.  I'm on the "Do Not Call" List, but I don't think this works for certain non-profits or organizations you've contributed to in the past.

Called today - it said ADSPLUS - something about Sr Citizen safety.  I am on the DNC List

Left a message selling "Med Alert" home monitoring for Seniors.

Receive calls from this number almost daily.Caller ID says ADSPLUS..bogus!!!! I just don't answer and they never leave a message..So annoying. Do Not Call List is a joke...never works..

Got a call around 11:00 today.  Didn't recognize name so didn't answer.  No message left.  I have been on do Not Call list for years.

Caller ID said ADSPLUS. Did not leave a message and I did not answer.

I get this number every once in awhile.  I know have it blocked on my phone, but my caller id shows it as ADSPLUS.
Who knows.
