Was given this number as to text too no good

He's a scammer and a fraud and the less you have to do with him, the better. Don't bother trying to be nice and telling him you won't talk to him anymore.  Just don't pick up the phone at all or return any messages from this number.  Better yet, block the number on your phone service, if you can.  And if you are located in the US, fill out a complaint with the FTC at:

so that they can find patterns for this type of fraud and try to do something about it.

I got a phone call from this person saying his name is Mark Kemmerer asking me to send him $190.00 at first then when I told him I only had about $130.00 he calls me back and says he talk to someone in the head office that said that it would be ok for me to send that much and I can dispatch the rest as soon as my package arrived this was after he told me that I had to pay the whole amount in full before it could be sent, Who is this guy any way ?

This Mark Kemmerer has some cohorts participating with him, from supposedly a London law firm that has defrauded me out of thousands of dollars. Some London Barrister calling herself Kimberly Marlin with some law firm calling itself "Justice league (something) is very ruthless and most insistent that the deals she represents are"very legit"! She won't stop till I have sold everything of value and wired steadily increasing amounts of money to this person and that person in Brazil Citibank, then to a Darl Servey, who she says is with Citibank in Alliance, Ohio, now a person in Florida somewhere, is in the picture. All the while, she's telling me, "this is the last fee you'll have to pay to collect the fund" And it is always another fee!!! It never stops!!!! She is a fraud in the first degree!!! The "List of London Barristers"  has no listing for a Kimberly Marlin, though she told me I didn't research hard enough that there are many Kimberly Marlins in London! But none are listed on the "List of English Barristers"!!!
I complained about the lack of ability to recognize proper english spelling by this Mark Kemmerer, a person in a position of delivering high dollar prizes and he has no education or ability to conduct business on a high professional level, involving proper grammar and spelling. He "glossed over" that remark like it made no sense to him.
I hope that We can catch these frauds and render due justice! It's a shame a criminal can get away with this kind of activity of defrauding people like me out of thousands!
